August Ochredust, Divination Wizard.

Once a young princess haunted by the spirit of a large, black dog in his dreams, August ran away from home to escape being betrothed against his will. He was taken in by a small order of diviner wizards who recognized the dog in his dreams as their vision-granting deity, and though he was somewhat older than their usual initiates, they agreed to train him. They even helped him use magic to transition. Now a learned adult with a canine familiar of his own (Tasha, the great dane pup, fondly named after a wizard of high esteem), August has set out to put his seer's talents to good use, all while keeping away from the castle's search parties.
