ea is getting sold saudi arabia’s public investment fund and trump’s son in law. 100% of the company. ea has always been disgustingly greedy and used the sims as a cash cow and i’ve spent too much money on this game across 9 years but now i *really* don’t wanna play it anymore ever again funding any of those people. unless it’s pirated which i should’ve just done AGES ago cause all of that would’ve been free and i wouldn’t be feeling like i threw all that money in the trash

I’ve gotten a few asks about this so I figured it would be a good idea to just make a little post here answering them!

The outpouring of love and tears for the coworker stories over the last few months has meant the world to me! Thank you so much to everyone who’s read them, and to all my friends and mutuals for effectively killing my imposter syndrome long enough for me to make these.

I’m not sure if I’ll write more with your coworker or GEM. As far as I’m feeling right now, this story has ended with the beach trip.

That being said! I’m working on a zine version of the trilogy, including a bunch of little illustrations, and maybe some lore tidbits. I’ll probably track the progress on that here, and might sell them on itch.io or something if there’s enough interest to justify that. I just lost my job last week so hell knows I’ve got the time lol.

Last but not least, as a little treat, I wanna answer the question “what’s the coworkers name?”

Your coworker doesn’t have an official name. Just a designation code she was assigned when she started working with you, and she does not like it when people call her that. It goes without saying that she doesn’t like it when you call her her deadname either lol.

I actually don’t have a kurtbastian playlist, I don’t tend to make character/ship lists, I just let my songs play and the correct scenario jumps to mind with each song (like a lil movie).
