It’s me and my “rabbi inni lima anzalta ilayya min khairen faqeer” all the way.
Which of the following is among the most important reasons for remaining steadfast during trials and major challenges in this worldly life (Dunya)?
Reflecting on the temporary, flawed reign of worldly rulers compared to the eternal rule of Allah -the Living and the Eternal.
Recognizing the insignificance and fleeting nature of the world.
Remembering the everlasting nature of the Hereafter (akhirah).
All of the above
Know that if Allah, the exalted looks upon you and sees that you have placed your reliance and trust in him , and have singled out Him for your needs without His creation, He will give you the best of what you asked for, and will honor you with more than you wanted.
If He hastens to answer you, He has combined for you the fulfillment of your need with the good of this world and the hereafter. If He does not answer you immediately, He has compensated you with something better than it. So in both cases, you are in a state of goodness.
Continue praying even when you don't feel like it. Raise your hands up in Dua even when you feel you have no energy left, emotionally or spiritually. Push yourself to open the Quran though you feel helpless, dejected and broken.
For indeed, little drops of water make a mighty ocean. These small efforts will increase your good deeds in unimaginable ways. It's these small efforts that will help remove the rust from your heart, erase your sins, and strengthen your fight against the Shaytan. So, keep going. 🤍
We often think that greatness lies in grand gestures of ibadah— praying all night, memorising volumes of knowledge, or giving away fortunes in charity. But the path to Jannah is also paved with small, consistent deeds.
A sincere 'subhanallah' in a quiet moment. A hidden act of kindness. A smile that brightens someone's day. The Prophet ﷺ said, "The most beloved deeds to Allah are those that are consistent even if they are small."
The first stage of self-discipline is knowing that it will never be fully tamed. You are in a constant state of guidance and correction with it—this is its nature, and this is how it will always be. So do not despair at its inclinations as one who has lost hope, nor be deceived by its straightness as one who feels secure.
If you can't pray in an outfit like that, don't wear it. If you wouldn't want to die in a place like that, don't go there. If you wouldn't want to be your last word, don't say it. Don't fear death, fear the state in which you will die.
" في قلبي حدائق بابسة كثيرة و ، انت يا الله رب المطر“
"I have so many dry gardens in my heart and, Oh Allah, You are the Lord of rains."

Some days you’re smiling, but your heart feels heavy. You show up, do what’s needed, speak kindly, but deep down, you’re tired. Not just physically, but emotionally, spiritually. You don’t know how to explain it to anyone, so you just keep going, hoping something will change. And that’s okay. You don’t have to be strong all the time. You don’t have to have it all figured out. Healing doesn’t always look like progress, it often looks like quietly surviving what once broke you. Just know this: Allah sees that version of you too, the one who struggles but still makes du’a, who’s hurting but still chooses sabr. And He’s closer to you than you think. So breathe. Rest. Let the storm pass. And when it does, you’ll rise again, with a heart softened, a faith deepened, and a soul that finally understands: even this was mercy.
Please remember the oppressed Muslims who are unjustly held in the prisons of tyrants, some for decades, in your du'as during these blessed days.
commit to making istighfar 1,000 times a day for 6 months. mark it in your calendar so you can track it. and see how much your life changes.
SubhanAllah it reminds me of these verses :
فَقُلْتُ اسْتَغْفِرُوا رَبَّكُمْ إِنَّهُ كَانَ غَفَّارًا
And said, 'Ask forgiveness of your Lord. Indeed, He is ever a Perpetual Forgiver.
He will send [rain from] the sky upon you in [continuing] showers
And give you increase in wealth and children and provide for you gardens and provide for you rivers.
Surah Nooh, verses 10 - 12
