Mendokoroâs Secret Super Menu
My friends from Davao and Australia came in Manila this Sept 11,2019 they went here to taste one of the best Ramen in Taguig. The restaurant is like a cafe bar of this super tasting noodle with a super thick noodle soup.
The location is just at the heart of Taguigâs Bonifacio Global City on 26th St inside Icon Plaza Building. From the window you could see this huge crowd lining up from counter to the other side of the bar Iâm wondering whats with it and why?
We saw right in front of us how they cooked the Gyosa (Dumpling) from steamed to fryâŚ
After roughly 30-45 minutes wait, 1st served this super tasting stuffed Gyosa then followed by the Seafood Ramen that has itâs super thick soup that made it astound other ramen.
My friends also ordered the Super Tongkotsu Ramen which is also not on the posted menu and ordered another extra for the group just incase we need more hehe!
Overall the experience is amazing, I would recommend this place to be visited and Iâm sure youâll keep coming back. Always remember not to timed it at exactly 12nn as it may be full of people. Best time to go is around 2pm which has more seats and no waiting time at all.
