Hello everyone, I haven’t been posting on this blog for a while now. The reason why is that I don’t want to feel the pressure to be succesful anymore every time I pick up a pencil. I don’t want to constantly think about numbers, about followers and likes and reblogs. I don’t want to feel the need to be profiting off my art, because it shouldn’t matter. The only reason I draw, is because I love doing it.
I’m active on my main blog @undiscovereduniverse, so you can follow me there if you like. I’m not deleting my art blog, I’m just not going to be around here a lot for now.
I know I'm not around here a lot but that’s only because my personal life is going pretty well. I've been an intern at this really cool place for some months now and I'm very happy there, even though it is pretty tough working 6 days a week.
I just wanted to say thank you to everyone who is still out there following me an appreciating my art, I see you and I love you 💗💗

Last week I got some great news - per September I will start working at a really amazing place that’s going to help me make a career in the arthistorical field. However, this is only a work experience placement so the pay is very low, and on top of that I’m going to have to move houses so I can live closer to my job (it currently takes me 3 hours to get there by public transport so I’m not gonna be able to keep that up).
Considering all this, I thought this would be a good moment to open up commissions again. During August I’ll have more than enough time to work on these, so if you want to commission me this would be a great moment.
If you can’t commission me, please consider buying something from my Redbubble (@sjuulsjuul) or Society6 (@sjuulsjuul) shops - every single cent would help me a lot!

Your OC’s, illustration for your fanfic, characters and ships from any fandom - I’m pretty much open to anything as long as it’s SFW* so just send me a message and I’ll see what I can do for you! If the subject is something I’m not familiar with, please be ready to send me some reference images to work with.
*I’m okay with drawing romantic scenes, but I won’t draw anything explicit.
I will always show you a concept sketch so you can tell me if it looks like what you had in mind. When you’re happy with the concept and you want to continue the commission, I will request payment before I continue working on it.
Payment & delivery:
I will accept payment through PayPal. Once it’s finished, I will send you a high quality digital scan of the artwork. If you want to receive the original piece, I will send it to you through the mail. I’m willing to send to anywhere in the world, but please note that the shipping price will be added to the final price of the piece. I will only send it after I’ve received full payment plus shipping costs.
