People can wage war in your psyche if you allow them the space.
Reaction is to emotion as Response is to acknowledgment
We always have free will to chose which path to follow. Yes, our emotions allow us the moment(s) of expression, but how do you lead with that raw expression?
"If I -as this lower vibing energy- can keep you in your head with whispers and mindless chatter, I will be able to control your reactions."
This was a quote from my grandfather when we were having a conversation about the psyche, and how people can easily manipulate their own self into states of self-destruction. LOL, we're all guilty of it, it is okay! However, this mindless chatter is rooted by the most common man-made emotion 'fear'.
