i havenāt touched this blog in a few years and the only reason itās still here it because this is a democracy and the vote was to leave it as a memory
i wonāt be writing septiplier anymore but i do miss writing so i might start creating some ocās or maybe even do fanfiction every now and then if it is requested (just not septiplierĀ because iām not an angsty 14 year old anymore lmao)
would that be cool? would anyone actually read it?Ā
Heya there! I saw your Matching Ink Soulmate AU and was wondering if I may use the idea in a story. I would credit you for the idea (obviously) and write a story surrounding the idea. ~Ekho
People say its because Mark and Jack arenāt friends anymore, and I think thats not the case.
They still are friends, a lot, there are some parts in the livestream where they smile and talk to each other, but the thing is.
Its done where theyāre not in the spotlight.
For example, Mark and Jack were tossing the toilet paper to each other and they were smiling at each other, but the camera men didnāt put them on the spotlight.
Also, Mark told Jack something and a big smile went on Jackās face, but they were in the background, and the camera werenāt on them the whole time.
Mark and Jack always fueled the Septiplier ship back then and why donāt they do it now?
Well maybe theyāre scared too?
Because back then:
The Septiplier ship was smaller, and people didnāt ship it as hardcore as they do now. They used to ship it as Mark and Jack did, in a silly, cute way.
But later on, people shipped it to a level that Mark and Jack never expected/wanted-
What I mean is smut, and people who believe theyāre gay and they do love each other romantically.
Shippers who donāt ship it that way, or at least still know Septiplier wonāt happen still [smut shippers], donāt worry, this isnāt completely your fault. Iām a shipper myself, so I know.
Like, do you really want drawings of you naked with a friend on the internet, especially when youāre as popular as them?
No, why would you?
Honestly, I think they might actually still wanna make those Septiplier moments keep going like they used to, but maybe theyāre scared itāll blow up and the shippers will take it too far?
It seems likely because,
it has happened.
They do sonething cute, it blows up, and now its madness and nobody can calm down.
Because if youāve ever noticed, if you look at a Septiplier moment, its clear theyāre extremely happy in each and every one.
But now they have to be cautious at every move they do on camera or else things will go nuts.
I donāt think theyāre trying to sink the ship, I think theyāre trying to make it back to the way it is.
But before you say āThen why donāt they just say they want the ship to calm down so they can be silly again?ā
Well of course, THATS going to blow up. It doesnāt matter whether they giggle at each other or they actually do something cute, itāll blow up either way.
And just so people know, thinking Mark and Jack are actually gay, even though having girlfriends, IS NOT AN OPINION. NOT IN THIS SITUATION. ITS JUST WRONG.
Thereās a difference between a fact and an opinion. And Mark and Jack being straight is a fact. They have girlfriends, what more proof do we need?
And if it gets to the point where Mark or Jack have to make a video on this topic, thats it. We canāt fix it then. Because if its so effective on their lives that they have to tell millions about it, is not only dissapointing, but clearly fuckin shows our fandom canāt fuckin control ships.
Because Mark and Jack are not the ones changing.
The Septiplier ship is changing, and not in a good way. We fucked up. They didnāt.
And how do we fix it?
Well, Septiplier is huge, A LOT of people ship it. Its literally the second most searched option when you type āSepā in the YouTube search bar.
And it wonāt be something we can do overnight. Its going to be a slow process.
Thereās a lot of us and we have to all agree.
We canāt just lay around, waiting until everything gets better. WE need to be that something that brings the ship back to the light.
The Septiplier ship ran into a harsh, big storm and we have to work together to get it out onto the right path.
I want this ship to how it started, where everybody shipped it for fun, and we didnāt attack other ships. Not saying all of us attack other ships, its just some Septiplier shippers actually do attack, Iāve seen it.
Because the more smut and hardcore shippers that join this ship, the more Mark and Jack have to be cautious.
AND THEYāRE ALREADY PRETTY FAR APART AND CAUTIOUS.
Theyāre not sinking the ship.
Theyāre warning us to fuckin fix ourselves and the flaws of this ship, before its too late.
And honestly, Septiplier isnāt just a ship anymore, its a community that needs some fixing. Its also a place where Mark and Jack fans join together. Because Mark and Jack have a beautiful bond thats brought their communities together. And lets not break that bond.
Because Whats better?
Donāt do anything and Mark and Jack grow farther apart on camera.
Or fix our ship, bring it back to the light, and have Mark and Jack be able to have things normal again.
Now, how?
Well, all hardcore [smut, sex related] shippers and people who believe theyāre gay have to stop.
Its not right or polite and Mark and Jack wouldnāt appreciate or even consider you a fan at all if you continue.
Ship Septiplier as a bromance, or in a fluffy cute way, nothing too extreme like sex, or kinky shit.
I know this isnāt how Mark and Jack really act with each other, they most likely do a bunch of shit together off camera where we donāt ruin their fun.
We can fix this ship.
We just have to try.
I want Septiplier to become peaceful and happy again.
Because Jack used to be a fan of Mark. He started his channel because of Mark.
And even though theyāre on different parts of the world, Mark managed to find a worthy person on YouTube who derserves so much more. And that was Jack.
Theyāve been through a lot, from meeting in person for the first time, becoming great friends, to having a happy little ship.
Lets bring it back to those times. Mark and Jack donāt need to change. We need to.
Lets bring the happiness back in Septiplier.
And ships like Jelix or Pewdieplier, donāt become like this ship, donāt go too far. Donāt make YouTubers become seperate by their own fans.
Mark and Jack have done so much for us, now lets do something for them.
I would like to disagree with one thing the smut has only been a real problem recently because people arenāt tagging things properly. So just tone down the smut AND TAG IT. everything else you said is find :3
I agree 100% with everything that was said⦠but thereās one thing I would like to point outā¦Ā Now, donāt attack me or anything, Iām just stating the truth and what I knowā¦Ā
Just because a guy has a girlfriend doesnāt always mean heās straight. Most of the time it does, but not all the time. The ONLY reason I am saying this is because I donāt want people to automatically assume that since a guy has a girlfriend (or vice versa) itās plain proof that they are straight. I didnāt want people to talk shit or judge me because Iām lesbian so I got a boyfriend and acted like everything was all good and A-Okay⦠because I was afraid of what other people would think or do to me.
A lot of people are scared to come out, even more so now. So, just because a guy/girl has a girl/boy friend doesnāt always they are straight. HOWEVERā¦
Jack and Mark are straight. But not only because they have girlfriends, because they have said it many times. Jack doesnāt like men, Mark doesnāt like men.Ā
Fan fictions are okay. Just⦠keep them to a minimum. Okay? A little Septiplier Fluff-Fic is okay, just keep it down a bit. A little Septiplier Smut-Fic⦠thatās alright too, but keep both Mark AND Jack OUT of the tags. When posting a Septiplier fic of my own, I put the title in the title bar and then put Septiplier in parenthesis so it can be avoided by anyone not looking for it or found by people actually looking for it. Just another solutionā¦Ā
Mark and Jack are two amazing men who have done extraordinary things for their communities. THEY do extraordinary things for US. So, lets do them a solid and return the favor. Itās the least we can do.Ā
āHey Jack, wanna go grab dinner?ā Mark stuck his head into Jackās recording room where Jack was editing videos for the next week.
āAh I wish I could, but I really need to get these doneā¦ā Jack gave Mark an apologetic look.
āItās okay, Iāll bring it back and we can eat here.ā
Mark smiled and was out the door.
/-/
It was three in the morning and Jack was still working. Mark had gone to bed hours before, and Jack had promised to be there soon, but there he was still sitting at his desk. Finally, he turned off his computer and headed to their bedroom. He tried to quietly get into bed, but Mark was a light sleeper and woke up.
āItās about time.ā Mark smiled sleepily.
āSorry babe, I was trying to get this weekās videos done.ā
āYou work too hard, itās gonna kill you someday.ā
āYeah yeah I know, goodnight.ā Jack kissed Markās forehead and Mark soon fell back asleep with Jack in his arms.
Jack felt guilt growing in his stomach, he knew he worked a lot, and when he wasnāt working he was thinking about the work he had to do. He knew he should be there for Mark more often.
He knew Mark deserved better.
/-/
āYouāre⦠leaving?ā Mark thought he was going to pass out. He felt his knees buckle and his heart was in his throat as he struggled to speak.
āIām sorry Markā¦ā Jack couldnāt look him in the eyes. This was the last thing he wanted to do, but he had convinced himself that this had to happen.
āBut why? Jack, I love you, please donāt do this.ā
Jack felt his heart breaking. āYeh deserve someone whoās always there for yeh Mark, someone who gives you as much attention as you deserve. Someone better than me.ā
Mark couldnāt believe what he was hearing.
āJack pleaseā¦ā Mark begged, his vision was clouded with tears.
āIām sorry.ā Jack couldnāt hold back his tears as he walked out. The last thing he saw was the pain in Markās eyes as he closed the door.

Spring had come again and Jack was cleaning out the closet of his cabin in the Irish woods. He sat in the middle of his bedroom floor with clothes and boxes made into neat piles all around him. Organized chaos, he liked to call it.
Jack thought he was finished when he noticed a box that had been pushed to the back corner of the closet, and overtime covered in dust. He brushed the top of the box off with his hands, and written on it was the letter āMā.
His breath caught in his throat as he stared at the letter. Three years of suppressing his pain were thrown out the window as he felt memories of his love come flooding back to him. He took a deep breath and opened the box.
At least a hundred pictures of him and Mark were inside, including a few small gifts mark had given him. Everything from pictures of them with friends at a party, to bad selfies taken with an old polaroid Jack had found at a thrift store.
Jack didnāt realize he was crying until a tear hit the photo he was holding. He closed the box and went to wipe his face. As he stared at himself in the mirror, he realized that his hair was barely brown anymore, and his once icy blue eyes had turned to a dull gray.
He got no sleep that night. He stared out the window into the night and felt drafts of cold air hit his legs. At around four in the morning, he gave up trying to sleep and grabbed his laptop to book a trip.
/-/
Jack looked out the airplane window as the pilot announced their arrival at LAX. He took a deep breath as he stepped off the plane and into a cab.
He knew from Markās videos that he hadnāt moved from the apartment they once shared. He was overwhelmed with emotions as he stared up at the building that used to be his home.
He walked up the familiar stairwell and stopped in front of the door to his former residence.
Jack just stood in front of the door as if it would open itself. He eventually brought himself to knock, and heard a cheery āBe right there!ā on the other side.
Hearing Markās voice in person was enough to make Jack want to cry. He heard footsteps approaching the door and tried his best to take deep breaths and calm himself down.
The door opened and Markās smile disappeared as his jaw dropped in disbelief. āJack? Is⦠is that really you?ā
Jack couldnāt force himself to make words, he could only stare at the person he was once, and continued to be, madly in love with. āYes.ā
Jack snapped back to reality and remembered why he came. āMark, I am so sorry for what I did. These past three years have been terrible and I still lov-ā
āWhoās at the door?ā A voice from inside the apartment interrupted.
Markās trance was broken and he turned his head to reply, āUhh⦠Itās an old friend of mine.ā
Hearing Mark call him a friend broke Jackās heart, and little did he know that it broke Markās too. Jack heard the sound of footsteps again as a blonde male stuck his head out the door and smiled at Jack. āHi Markās old friend!ā
āUm Devin this is Jack, Jack this i-ā
āDevin. Iām Markās boyfriend.ā
Hearing those words destroyed Jack. He imagined coming home to a Mark that had thought about him every second of every day, who would sweep him off his feet and kiss him like some kind of romantic movie. Jack knew he had hurt Mark. He knew it had been three years and he had every right to move on, but it still hurt.
Mark could see the pain in Jackās face and felt a pit in his stomach. āUh⦠do you want to come in?ā
āNo I should really go, I need to find a place to stay.ā
āNo place to stay? You should stay here!ā Devin jumped in. āAny friend of Markās is welcome!ā
āOh no I couldnāt, besides I donāt think Mark would want-ā
āItās fine.ā Mark spoke quicker than he meant to and Jack gave him a questioning look. āReally, itās okay.ā
Jack thought about it. He wanted to run away and hide forever and never speak to anyone again, but he had no place else to go. āThank you.ā
Mark helped Jack bring his luggage inside and Devin made them reservations to eat dinner at a restaurant downtown.
/-/
āSo⦠How did you two meet?ā Devin was much more cheerful than Jack and Mark at the moment.
āYoutube actually, Mark inspired me to start making videos.ā Jack smiled at the memory of the first video they recorded together when he was trying his best to contain his fangirling.
āOh really? Why did you never make videos together then?ā
Mark and Jack exchanged a panicked look. They had both made all of the videos of them as a happy couple private in an attempt to move on.
āOh you know, timezones and such. It was hard to coordinate with him living in Ireland.ā
The night went on with the two of them fabricating a story of how they met and why they hadnāt seen each other in three years and why Devin had never heard of his boyfriendās best friend. After dinner they headed home and Jack had to endure Mark and Devin holding hands and Devin whispering God knows what into Markās ear.
/-/
Two weeks had passed and Jack was still sleeping on the couch of what was once his home. Devin was beginning to show signs of annoyance with Jack, but never said anything.
One night, they were all up late watching movies and Devin decided to go to bed, leaving Mark and Jack alone.
They sat in silence for a few minutes before Mark spoke up. āSo where have you been living?ā
āMy old cabin in the woods was back up for sale, meant to be I guess.ā Jack paused. āDevin seems nice.ā
āYeah.ā Was the only answer Mark gave. āListen, you were trying to say something when you showed up here two weeks ago but Devin interrupted you, and you never got to finish.ā
Jack felt his eyes well up with tears and he stared straight through the TV screen.
āMark,ā his voice cracked, āI still love you.ā
Mark closed his eyes. He felt pain and relief, happiness and sadness, all at the same time. He couldnāt speak, his brain was running a million miles a minute.
Every passing second felt like torture to Jack. He was about ready to get up and leave when he heard a weak voice next to him say, āI still love you too.ā
Jack couldnāt hold back his tears anymore. āI missed you so much Mark. I donāt know what I was thinking. I never should have left.ā
āI shouldāve tried harder to stop you. I know how important your work is to you and I shouldāve been more supportive.ā
āYou always supported me Mark. I shouldāve been there for you more, work will never be as important to me as you.ā
Before either of them realized it, Jack was in Markās arms and they were holding each other tight, both afraid to let go. āI want you to stay, but Devinā¦ā
āI understand Mark.ā Jack could feel his heart breaking all over again, āIāll leave tomorrow.ā
Mark held Jack even tighter. He couldnāt lose him again, but he couldnāt just abandon Devin. Letting him go was the right thing to do.

The next morning Devin was making breakfast while Mark recorded a video and Jack sat on his laptop trying to book a flight back home. However, it was winter and the thick snow in the UK was cancelling all the flights. He wouldnāt be able to leave for a few more days.
He apologized to Mark and Devin for the inconvenience, to which Devin replied āEh itās fine, whatās a few more days?ā and Mark was secretly ecstatic.
Later that day Mark left the apartment to get groceries, leaving Jack and Devin alone. The two were watching TV and Devin was glued to his phone when he suddenly stopped and said, āIāll be right back.ā
He went into Markās recording room, which Jack thought was strange, but Jack then noticed that Devin had left his phone on the table, and it was unlocked. Jack wasnāt going to touch the phone but it kept making noises to signal texts coming through. He picked it up to put it on silent when he noticed that the texts were from another guy making plans to meet up with Devin that night.
Jack couldnāt help but see what they were up to, and found out that Devin was cheating on Mark with two other people. He didnāt know what to do. Should he tell Mark? Should he keep quiet and leave in a few days? Should he confront Devin? He shouldnāt have been looking through Devinās phone in the first place, but he couldnāt stand the thought that Mark was being lied to.
Mark was not the only one being lied to, Devin discovered, as he looked through Markās computer and found the old videos of him and Jack that were still there. He also found a Q&A that Mark had never uploaded where Mark admitted that he was going to propose to Jack. Devin was furious that Markās ex had been staying there for two weeks and Mark had never told him the truth.
Mark came home to Jack and Devin sitting on the couch again, but he could feel the tension in the air. āHey guys, you alright?ā
āI donāt know Mark, are you done lying to me?ā Devin said sharply.
āWhat? What are you talking about?ā Mark sat down the groceries and walked into the living room.
āWhen were you gonna tell me that Jack is your ex? An ex that you were planning on proposing to?ā
Jack felt butterflies in his stomach and wanted to ask Mark if this was true but decided that now was not the time.
āDevin I didnāt want you to think I was cheating on you with Jack when he came here, but how did you find out about the proposal? I never published that, not even Jack knew.ā
Devin went silent. Jack was furious at him for hurting Mark.
āDid you go through my computer?ā
āThat doesnāt matter. Donāt think I havenāt noticed the way you two look at each other. Youāve been lying to me!ā
āWell youāve been lying to him too!ā Jack couldnāt stop himself.
āWhat the hell are you talking about you homewrecking piece of shit?!ā Devin screamed.
āDonāt talk to him like that!ā Mark was fuming at this point.
āOh Iām the homewrecker?ā Jack almost laughed, āWhat about Matt? What about Ryan? Why donāt you tell Mark about them?ā
Devin launched himself at Jack and started throwing punches. He busted Jackās lip before Mark grabbed him and threw him off. Mark helped Jack up and examined his lip, the sight of him hurt pushed Mark over the edge.
He turned and snatched Devin by the collar, āIs this true? Have you been sleeping around?ā
āSo what if i did?ā Devin spat.
āGet the fuck out of our house.ā
Devin threw his things in a suitcase and in ten minutes he was out of Markās life forever. Mark and Jack stared at each other in silence. āIām sorry Mark.ā
āDonāt be.ā Mark grabbed the sides of Jackās face and crashed their lips together, holding him as if he might slip through his fingers. Jack hadnāt felt this happy in a long time. They finally separated, only long enough for Mark to say, āI love you.ā before Jack pulled him back in.
āI love you too.ā The two smiled at each other bigger than either had smiled in a long time. "Also, āour houseā?ā Jack questioned.
āThis has always been our house, even when you were gone, you had a home with me.ā
i didnt ship sepitiplier at all and hated it but then i found your blog and god damn i have never pressed a follow button so quickly so thanks you're awesome as hell
Well, Iām really new here, and I love the shipping of septiplier. Can you try and do one where Jack breaks up with Mark, Mark is heartbroken, then three years later when Mark has finally gotten over him, Jack comes back? Please? I would, but I SUCK at writing storiesā¦.Ā
~~
sure! i've never written angst before but i'll give it a shot :)
PAX East was finally here, and Mark could not be more excited. He packed a week in advance and recorded extra videos to upload while he was away. He was ready to see his fans, his friends, and especially ready to see his best friend Jack.Ā
The five hour flight to Boston seemed to take years, and Mark had never been more ready for a plane to land. Jackās flight was supposed to land an hour later, so Mark waited for him at the airport.Ā
The intercom announced an incoming flight from Ireland, and Mark couldnāt stand still as the passengers stepped off the plane. As soon as he saw the poof of neon green hair he called out for his friend and quickly made his way to the gate. Jack spotted the bright red floof and ran towards Mark with his arms open. They hugged tightly, happy to see each other after several months.Ā
āI missed yeh buddy!ā Jackās cheeks hurt from smiling.
āI missed you too!ā Mark smiled but couldnāt help but feel a tiny sting at the person he loved calling him buddy.Ā āLemme get your bags.ā Mark picked up his and Jackās bags and started walking towards the exit.
āI can carry my own stuff Mark.ā Jack rolled his eyes.Ā
āNever doubted you.ā Mark winked at Jack. Jack laughed but felt his heart skip, he wasnāt sure why though, he knew Mark was only messing around. Right?
They got to their hotel and went to check in. Mark got his key and stood by their bags while he waited for Jack to get his.Ā āOverbooked? But I booked this room months ago!ā Mark looked up from his phone to see the person behind the desk apologizing to an upset Jack. After a minute Jack walked back over to Mark, looking defeated.Ā
āApparently, they overbooked, and gave my room to someone else. So now I have ta find a hotel with a last minute vacancy.ā Jack sighed.Ā
āYou can come chill in my room with me while you look if you want.ā
āThanks Mark!ā Jack smiled. The two found Markās room and Jack sat down with his laptop and started searching for a hotel room while Mark texted Felix about where they should meet for dinner. After about two hours Jack slammed his laptop shut in anger.Ā āNothing. Everything is filled up.āĀ
āYou can stay here with me if you want.ā Mark spoke before he thought. Not that he didnāt want to help his friend, and not that he minded spending a few nights with Jackā¦
āNo, I donāt wanna be a burden.ā
āA burden? Nah, itāll be fun!āĀ
āAre yeh sure?ā
āOf course!ā Mark smiled reassuringly.
āWell, I guess I donāt actually have a choice anyways.ā Jack laughed.Ā āThank you.ā
āDonāt even mention it. Now, something important, where are we gonna eat?ā
Mark, Jack, and Felix met up at a restaurant downtown. They sat there for hours just talking and enjoying each othersā company, until Jack mentioned that they had to get up early and they had a long day ahead of them. They headed back to their hotel and said bye to Felix in the elevator. Mark unlocked the room he shared with Jack and realization hit.Ā
There was only one bed.Ā
āOkay, you take the bed, and Iāll use the extra blankets and sleep on the floor.ā Jack suggested.
āNo, I couldnāt sleep knowing you had to lay in the floor.ā
āWell this is your room, so donāt even say youāll take the floor.ā
āWe could both just sleep in the bed.ā There he went again. Markās mouth moving faster than his brain. Not that he would mind sharing a bed with Jackā¦
āA-are yeh sure?ā Not that Jack would mind sharing a bed with Markā¦
āOf course, itās not a big deal.ā Mark was convincing himself more than Jack at this point. He was about to be very up close and personal with someone he had liked for a long time.Ā
They changed out of their street clothes, but they still wore shirts and pants. They laid down on the complete opposite sides of the bed, laying as still as possible, and eventually they fell asleep.
Mark opened his eyes, the sunlight from the window waking him before his alarm. The first thing he noticed was the green poof inches from his face, and then he noticed his arms wrapped around Jackās body. Mark felt his stomach in his throat, he didnāt know if he should move, or just appreciate the situation he was in. The decision was made for him when he felt Jack stretch and look up at him. Jackās eyes widened but he didn't move.
"Uh... good morning?" Mark laughed lightly but he could hear the nervousness in his own voice.
"Good morning..." Jack's sleepy voice made his accent heavier and Mark felt his heart beat a little faster. "How exactly did this happen?"
"Not sure, I'm not complaining though." Once again, Mark's brain not fast enough to stop his mouth. "I mean..."
Jack started laughing, "If yeh wanted to cuddle with me yeh should've just asked Fischbach." Jack brought his arms up and around Mark's neck.
Mark didn't realize until then that his arms were still wrapped around Jack, and he pulled him closer.
"I'll remember that next time." Mark said with a smile.
Do you have a book of these short stories on any websites? If not, I'd suggest Wattpad. Sorry if you've already answered a question like this, I'm new to your blog and I love it!
i donāt actually! i was thinking about putting them all on wattpad or ao3 and maybe writing a fic with multiple chapters?? what would you guys think about that?
Mark took a deep breath as he put the car in park. He looked over at his husband in the passengerās seat, who gave him a reassuring nod. They stepped out of the car and looked up at the brick building in front of them. The sign above them read āRadiant Futures Orphanageā.Ā
Jack slipped his hand into Markās and squeezed it, looking up and smiling at him. His gaze wandered to the windows on the second floor of the building, and his eyes caught a glimpse of a child looking back at him. A flash of blonde hair and they were gone.
Jack then felt his hand being pulled towards the large wooden doors of the building as Mark started up the stairs. They stepped inside and were greeted by a cheerful woman who led them into a large room full of children. Mark and Jackās eyes lit up as they watched the children play and heard their laughter.Ā
A group of little boys ran up to Mark and one tagged him āitā as they ran away giggling. Of course Mark chased after them, pretending to run as fast as he could. Jack shook his head at his husbandās silly behavior. The woman laughed and told Jack he was welcome to walk around and meet the children, so he decided to join them. As he walked around the playroom, he noticed a little girl off by herself. Jack recognized her strawberry blonde hair as the child he saw in the window earlier. She was sitting alone at a small table, surrounded by crayons.Ā
Jack decided to talk to her, so he sat cross-legged on the floor on the opposite side of the table. She stopped her drawing and looked up at him with shining emerald eyes.Ā
āHi!ā Jack smiled sweetly. āIām Jack, whatās your name?ā
The girl said nothing, but she put her drawing away. She grabbed two pieces of paper and handed one to Jack, pushing some crayons in his direction.
āOk kiddo, what are we gonna draw?ā
The girl smiled and shrugged, beginning to draw on her own paper. Jack chuckled to himself, and began drawing some kind of dinosaur.
After a minute or two, he looked up at the girlās drawing, but he only caught a glance before she saw him and covered her paper with her arms. Her eyebrows furrowed on her freckled face.
āOh I see how itās gonna be, two can play that game!ā Jack covered his own paper and looked back at her. She giggled and continued drawing.
A few minutes passed, and Mark finished playing tag with the group of boys and went off to find Jack. He found his husband in the corner drawing with the little girl and felt his heart skip at the adorable sight. He walked over to the table and sat down with them. āOh hey Mark, we were just drawing.ā As soon as the girl saw Mark, she grabbed more crayons and continued scribbling furiously.
āI noticed,ā Mark looked back and forth from Jack to the girl. āwhat are you drawing?ā Jack raised his drawing to show mark the green dinosaur he had drawn.Ā āSo you drew yourself?ā Mark smirked. Jack just rolled his eyes and the little girl tried to conceal her giggle, but Jack heard her and turned to her.
āOh you think itās funny? Why donāt you show us your drawing then?ā
The girl put down her crayon and turned her paper towards the two. The picture showed two stick people, with red and green hair, standing on both sides of a smaller stick figure with long yellow hair. Above the sketches were three names; Jack, Mark, and Ellie.Ā
Mark and Jack felt tears in their eyes. Jack was the first to speak,Ā āSo your name is Ellie?ā
Ellie responded with a faintĀ āYes.āĀ
āEllie, how would you like to be a part of our family?ā Mark finally found his voice. Ellie looked up at the two, her eyes sparkled and she had a huge grin on her face. Jack and Mark knew at this moment that Ellie was meant to be their daughter. They signed all the papers, and after the long process of adoption was over, they officially had a baby girl.Ā
Mark, Jack, and Ellie were the happiest little family. They let Ellie choose the decorations for her room. She wanted the walls blue, and fox decorations everywhere. Foxes were Ellieās favorite animal, and Mark and Jackās new favorite pastime was taking her to the zoo to see real ones.Ā
The three sat together on the couch one night, Ellie sitting in Jackās lap while Mark read her one of her favorite stories. Markās voice never failed to put Ellie to sleep, and Jack felt her slowly getting heaver as she drifted off. Jack carried her to her room, and they kissed her forehead and said goodnight. As Mark turned off her lamp, they heard a small sleepy voice say,Ā āI love you daddies.ā
The two felt their hearts melt, and they couldnāt be happier in that moment. They quietly closed the door to Ellieās room and got in their own bed, cuddling close to each other. Tonight was the first night that they really felt like dads. They knew they wouldnāt be perfect parents, but they were gonna be as close to perfect as they could be.Ā
Can you write a fic where jack and mark have to platonically share a bed and they end up cuddling with each other... Oh and they secretly like each other but it's so obvious to other people, sorry I'm rambling I'll just gošš
donāt be sorry ^_^ this sounds super cute iāll write it asap!
