It's the fact that I literally just purged and yet I'm still not counting today as a binge because I've been a week and a half binge free which is the longest streak I've had in a while and I don't want to lose that so I'd rather just call it an over eating day because it was spaced out and not all in one sitting like that's so stupid just be honest with yourself

I decided to count it as a binge even though that means I'm going to have to restart from zero which is really saddening. I just don't know how to eat reasonably anymore without counting calories and without under eating if I'm not counting calories I always just go over no matter how hard I try not to because I'm trying not to restrict myself and so I just go crazy, restriction has become the only safe space
