Making link icons in Figma! Lets go. In this quick tutorial we cover - Quick actions menu. Command P / Ctrl P - Selecting vector segments - Vertical flip. Shift + V - Boolean operations union and subtract

Here is a video on prototyping overlay transitions with thumbnails. Recently, I was working with a colleague and we were troubleshooting ways we can have thumbnails assembled into an auto layout frame, but also have hover previews that broke out of those frames with a higher zindex. This is what we came up with.

Some tips on how I make heart icons in Figma. In this vid I cover basic grids, boolean operations, swapping fill and stroke shortcuts,and vector path cleanup.

Figma’s new scale ui is pretty great. - Select an object you want to scale - Press the “K” key - Choose a multiplyer or size on the right design panel

For example 2.5x will multiply the current dimensions by 2.5 and scale everyting like frames, type and stroke sizes accordingly.
