1924 Fairy Tale Cottage, Dallas, Texas. $1.295M. 

There’s a lot you can do with this- look at how fancy the architecture is- the windows, ceiling, and spider-webby window in the hobbity door.

Look at the large window seat. In a way, I don’t even mind that it’s white, b/c it’s a blank canvas. 

Dining room with inlaid floors, crown molding and stained glass window.

Breakfast room/pantry.

Nice big kitchen with lovely cabinetry.

Double doors and a starry sky ceiling in the main bd.

Large en suite with built-in vanity and laundry chute.

This I would leave- dreamy mural feature wall.

And, this bd also has a pretty vintage en suite.

This is great- all the bds. have en suites. 

How about this fabulous sun room?

Guest suite.

The yard goes around the house.

Hello, I'm back from ...wherever I was and I come bearing new artwork and announcements!

I'm in the mists of starting my online shop and these are in the first sticker line up to be sold! I got more designs in the works but I wanted to flex some traditional skills with gouache and I'm real happy with how these turned out.
