Goodmorning sa mga pinili! Sa hinde, tulog lang muna kayo dyan HAHAHAHAHAHA
Just saw this on my feed and read some context about it.
In the book of Genesis â¨
Jacob deeply inlove with Rachel (younger sister of Leah)
agreed to work for Laban (Father of Leah and Rachel) for seven years in exchange for Rachel's hand in marriage.
On the wedding night, Laban tricked Jacob.
He secretly gave Jacob his older daughter, Leah, instead of Rachel. Laban explained that local custom required the older daughter to marry before the younger one. Jacob then worked another seven years and married Rachel as well.
Jacob loved Rachel more than Leah (Genesis 29:30â31).
This unequal affection is a central theme in Leah's story. Leah lived with the pain of being a wife who was married through deception and who knew her husband preferred her sister. Some translations say Leah was "unloved" or "less loved" compared to Rachel.
Leah became the mother of many of the tribes of Israel, including the tribe of Judah, from which Israel's kingsâJesusâwould descend.
When I read Leah's story, I feel sympathy for her, but I honestly would not want to be in her place. Living with the knowledge that the person you love loves someone else more seems like a deep and painful burden to carry. Leah spent years longing for Jacob's affection, and that kind of emotional suffering is something I would never wish for myself.
I believe that I deserve a love that is freely givenâa love where I am chosen, cherished, cared for, and valued without comparison. I don't want to spend my life competing for someone's heart or wondering if I am enough. I believe healthy love should bring peace, security, and mutual devotion.
At the same time, Leah's story reminds me that God can bring purpose and beauty even out of painful situations. While I would never seek the kind of heartbreak Leah endured, I recognize that not all of God's plans are easy to understand in the moment. If walking through a difficult season is what it takes for God to grow my faith, shape my character, or fulfill a greater purpose, then I hope I would have the courage to surrender and trust Him.
My prayer is not to suffer as Leah suffered, but to trust as Leah trusted. I desire a love that reflects God's care for me, and I also desire a faith that remains steadfast, even when life does not unfold the way I expected. If God's will leads me through hardship before hope, then I willingly place my faith in His hands, believing that He sees me, values me, and is working for a purpose greater than I can see.

i went for a walk, i sat on a bench. i was a little sad, a little uncertain. thinking about my life. i looked up to sigh. and then i saw the trees hugging nearly making a heart with their arms. it is going to be okay
healing happens in circles, not lines. you will return to old places with new eyes.
hey.
if you happen to be reading this, i just wanted to say some things coming from someone who knows what itâs like to fall asleep in tears.
you are not a burden or a mistake or a problem. you are a person with feelings and talents and potential. you deserve happiness even when you feel you donât, and you deserve a future even when youâre stuck in your past.
life isnât all about finding the one or succeeding perfectly. life is about finding your happiness and wellbeing in a world that gives you chaos. in that chaos you might cry yourself to sleep, might stay in bed for a day only getting up to use the bathroom, might mean shutting out the world out of frustration, might mean saying âfine. bye.â when you really just want them to stay. but you have tomorrow. and i hope tomorrow brings you at least one, real, beautiful smile.
youâve got this. youâve got a good heart. donât forget that. even when all you can hear is reasons to give up on yourself, donât. you have got this.
Bat ganon. Wala ng lumalabas na luha sa mata ko. Napapapikit at nagbubuntong hininga nalang ako. Nasanay na siguro ako. Expected ko naman na to e. Im trying soooooo hard to make things work out. Na stuck na ako sa iisang lugar. Di na ako umuusad para dito. Kasi I really want to win on this.
I'm losing the spark. No, Ive lost the spark already. Hayyss. Napakarandom ng thoughts ko. Tamo, diko maorga-organize mga sasabihin ko sa sobrang gulo ng nasa isip ko.
How to develop discipline:
1. Set clear goals. What do you want to accomplish and why does it matter to you? Break the goals into small, actionable steps (feels doable).
2. Create a daily schedule that prioritizes most important items on the list. Keep it consistent to form habits over time.
3. Start small. Focus on one discipline building habit at a time to avoid getting overwhelmed. Gradually increase your commitments little by little.
4. Get rid of distractions that hinder your focus (e.g., social media during work).
5. Use accountability partners if possible. And/or track your habits. Use an app or check off from your list (this feels so good!)
6. Have self control! Resist small urges to build willpower (e.g., delay instant gratification). Commit to showing up even when you donât feel like it. Especially when you donât feel like it.
7. Stay consistent. Discipline is built by sticking to your commitments daily, not just when itâs convenient. Progress, not perfection is what matters.
8. Embrace the discomfort. Challenges are growth opportunities. Train yourself to act despite discomfort or boredom.
9. Celebrate every win & reward yourself for milestones to stay motivated.
10. Reflect on failures without judgment and adjust your plan. You will have to adjust your plans quite a few times. Donât get set in your ways.
11. Spend time with disciplined and goal oriented people. You become who you surround yourself with. Their habits will inspire and influence you positively.
12. Keep your WHY in mind.
