My Rules 🐾
🐾 No more than 800 calories a day Sun-Fri
🐾 Cheat days are Saturdays, but no more than 1500
🐾 Wake up before 8 AM, go to bed before midnight
🐾 Drink 2l of water every day
🐾 Weigh yourself each morning before anything else, and each night before bed, and record each weight, no matter how ashamed you might be
🐾 Do not eat past 6pm or before 12pm
🐾 Never drink anything that has more than 0 calories
🐾 Work out every night before bed
🐾 Every other week fast at least 50 hours
🐾 Wash your face before and after going out, as well as in the morning and before bed
🐾 Brush teeth every morning and every evening, and after every meal
🐾 Clean sheets and pillow cases once a week
🐾 Always wash off makeup before going to sleep
