The lack of discipline I have is insane.
Iāll go all day without overeating then as soon as it hits the afternoon Iāve eaten everything in sight.
Iāll sit there thinking āI shouldnāt eat thisā and still eat it???
Back on the grind and have lost 2.1kg this week š
I started my period yesterday and ate like 1000 cals over my limit š Iām just gonna blame it on the hormones and get my shit together today
I lost 1kg. Itās not much but I wasnāt rlly trying this week, imagine if I actually worked out or smt.
Made a bet with my mum, we both put $50 in and whoever loses 10kg first gets the money. First week is done tmr and Iām hoping I lost more than 1kg šš¼šš¼
December rules š¤š§
- Fast for at least 2 days a week.
- No higher than 1100 calories a day.
- Drink 2 litres or more of water a day.
- Exercise at least 3 times a week.
- If you have to eat with someone, make sure you eat less than them.
- Set up a reward system. Allow yourself to buy things you really want when youāve been strong.
- Youāre allowed to eat 2000 calories on Christmas but ONLY on Christmas Day!

so i broke my fast at 43hrs yesterday, had dinner and some rice cakes then started todays fast. i feel like fasting is easier than trying to stay in a calorie limit? anyway iām excited for my date tmr and iām not going to bother counting c4lories for that day.
34hrs into my fast and iām doing so well. i had a chocolate up&go yesterday then had a nap. i woke up n freaked, thinking i broke my fast bc i could taste something. so dumb. anyway i hope everyone is having a fabulous day.

iām thinking iāll fast tmr and do my usual weigh in on monday. then iāll try omad for the week, iāve got some meal plans that look good. also need to keep my calorie intake under 800 c4lories each day. iām thinking i might make saturday my metabolism day bc iāve got a date? i want to enjoy it (even if i regret it the next day)
today was so shit. I ended up b1nging after a 40hr fast and i think i ate like 2000 c4lories. Iām probably going to start a 24hr fast tmr. Also just found out i have to go to a family lunch on the weekend?? Hopefully i can get my bf to eat most of my food. wish me luck.
