My name is Charmed, Im 21yo and have been dealing with said topics for about 8 years now. I have been in recovery before but have fell out of it about a month or two ago, unfortunately.

Cravings and what they mean

If you crave carbohydrates, your serotonin levels may have dropped. Eggs, cheese and pineapple are good for raising them again.

If you crave sugar, you may be dehydrated. Drink some water or green tea.

If you crave red meat, you may be deficient in iron. Eat dried fruits like figs or prunes, or beans and legumes, or take iron tablets.

If you crave dairy, your blood sugar levels may be low. Eat foods naturally high in glucose, like oranges or strawberries to raise them.

If you crave chocolate, your magnesium levels may be low. Eat brown rice, whole grain bread or spinach to raise them.

If you crave salt, your blood pressure may be low. Eat salted nuts, whole wheat pretzels, or drink salted water to raise it. If that doesn’t work, you may be dehydrated. Drink water or green tea.

30 cal chocolate chip cookies 🍪

Was super craving cookies and found this recipe!! Thought I’d share with you all ✨

Ingredients:

• 2 tbspn. Salted butter (soft)

• 2 tbspn. Vegetable oil

• 1/2 cup packed brown sugar

• 1 tsp vanilla

• 1/8 tsp salt

• 1 large egg white

• 3/4 cup flour

• 1/4 tsp baking soda

• 3oz (6 tbspn) choc. chips

Instructions:

• Preheat oven to 375 F.

• Mix together (in order) butter, oil, brown sugar, vanilla, salt and egg white. Separate bowl mix baking soda and flour. Mix into wet batter, then add choc. chips.

• Drop 48 half teaspoons of dough into baking sheet. Bake about 4-6min!

Creamy chicken Alfredo w mushrooms

300calories per serve

ingredients

250 grams Lean Chicken Breast

250 grams Slendier Organic Fettuccine

2 Cloves of Garlic, crushed

1 tablespoon(s) Reduced Salt Butter

¼ cup(s) Parmesan Cheese

½ cup(s) Light Sour Cream

80 grams Button Mushrooms, sliced

2 Sprays of Olive OIl

Directions

1- Prepare Slendier fettuccine as per instruction on the pack and set aside

2- Lightly spray a non stick pan and place on a gentle heat. Add chicken breast and cook for 6-8 minutes or until cooked through. Once cooked remove from pan and set aside.

3- In a small pan add butter and melt over a low heat; add crushed garlic and cook until fragrant. Add sliced mushrooms and cream and stir to combine. Reduce heat to pan and add prepared Slendier fettuccine and toss

4- Slice chicken breast into strips and add to pan. Add parmesan cheese and parsley and gently toss

▪️Idaho (yellow/white) potato (110)

▪️Seasonings

Rosemary 3.9 (per sprig)

Salt 0, pepper 17, garlic powder 32, onion powder 24 (per 1tbsp)

▪️Cut potato thinly, submerge in cool water for an hour

▪️PreHeat AirFryer to 375 degrees (F)

▪️Pat dry the fries and toss w/ preferred seasonings

▪️Fry, without oil, for 13 minutes

Light Egg McMuffin

Ingredients:

1 Regular Size Thomas’ Light Mutli Grain English Muffin: 100 Calories

1 Slice Kraft Fat Free American cheese: 25 Calories

1 Slice Healthy Choice Smoked Ham: 15 Calories

1 Egg white: 17 Calories

Directions:

Simply cook an egg white in a pan using non-stick cooking spray and toast your english muffin. Once toasted, place a slice of cheese on the bottom half of the bread, followed by the egg, a slice of ham, and the top of the muffin.

Total: 157 Calories

The one drive for me is once I move out I don’t have to eat or even buy groceries I can just simply be.

I will live with someone but they know I have ‘dietary restrictions’ so I can buy for them and not myself because they hate shopping

Maybe once I move out I’ll finally be happy AND skinny..
