@skinniebitch
Let’s be real…We all know him😂👌
LADIES AND GENTLEMEN, I PRESENT TO YOU MY WALLPAPER!!
i don’t understand the point of food
most of it isn’t even tasty
i especially don’t understand sweets..
you eat something you think tastes good for why?...
...it’s only good in the moment but it has no long term benefits. none at all..
like eating only makes u gain weight. it doesn’t taste good. no benefits. i don’t feel good while or after eating it,,,, i only feel worse. i don’t want it at all.
there’s no point.
I FIRMLY BELIEVE
You should NOT throw away your high calorie, high fat, no-no foods. Keep them. Keep them to prove to yourself you are strong. Keep them to build your resistance.
It’s easy to avoid temptation when there is nothing to tempt you.
You will earn real self control by saying “no” to all the foods you think you love.
You don’t love those foods. They sit on your tongue for 30 seconds then they disappear. There is not a single food that tastes better than thin looks.
If you’re seeing this post it is a sign not to binge.
You don’t deserve to beat yourself up after eating no-no foods.
You DO deserve growth and preserverance. Allow yourself to be tempted but Do not give in. You will be stronger for it.
It’s really simple if you think about it. Just don’t eat. You don’t even have to do anything. You could workout, but you don’t have to, you will still get results if you don’t.
Just don’t eat.
It’s not that hard.
If you keep eating like that you’ll be the “Before” photo forever.
keeping this in mind
me, decomposing on my bed: sending you all good vibes :)
every august without fail is like i will give you some of the most beautiful golden summer moments of your life but also you will be thinking about childhood and loss constantly. it will always be either 5pm or 2am
How I lost 30 lbs
Eating constantly but in very, very small portions
Green tea in the morning and right before sleep
Not counting calories
No lunch and no dinner, but something small and healthy at around 3-4 PM
Slowly lowering the number of meals and still keeping the portions small
No fast food, tho if it's like one slice of pizza for lunch and dinner it's okay
My skin breaks out quite easily so I had to say goodbye to a lot of foods such as dates, chocolate, ice cream, peanut butter, caramel, cream, cheese, coffee and sugary stuff
Yogurt. This bitch with bread. It satisfied my hunger and cravings
2-2.5 L of water a day. It needs to be constant not like drinking 1 liter in 1 hour
No food, no drink, nothink nothing absolutely nOTHING at least 6-7 hours before sleep
Apples or fruits in general for breakfast do wonders. (And i don't mean eat a cucumber and that' it. Slice two apples in vERY small pieces and eat them without scrolling on your phone.)
Vitamin B6 and B12 because they. Are. Vital.
Maybe I'll add more later but till then stay safe babes♡
I feel like I take up too much space.

WHAT NOBODY TELLS YOU ABOUT FASTING
For gum chewers: Nobody tells you that you will expel a storm of wind out of nowhere or whenever you drink water.
Nobody tells you that your legs will feel like literal jello if you go past 24hrs.
Nobody tells you that after a certain point you’ll have a constant headache.
Nobody tells you that your stomach will growl loud enough for a whole room of people to hear.
Nobody tells you about the pain in your ribs.
Nobody tells you that you’re going to feel like you’re going vomit the lack of anything in your stomach.
But what we do tell you, is that you’ll get used to it.
What I have learned from Intermittent/Extended fasting groups
Pink Salt helps headaches and fatigue.
magnesium helps the chest and stomach pains
And potassium helps the dizziness and heart palpitations
If you constantly crave sweets you are potassium deficient.
A B-Complex vitamin is a life saver if you have a busier life style.
One a day- vitamins can help reduce hair loss and brittle nails.
Your body can only absorb about 1 cup of water every 15 minutes. If you constantly chug water you are just going to pee a lot and flush out lingering vitamins that can help keep you healthier longer. Plus you can still end up dehydrated because you will fill your stomach and ultimately absorb less water than if you just drink it casually throughout the day.
If you do strict water fasts, after about 30 hours your body enters “atophagy” which (long term) will help with loose skin and cellulite. It taps out around 60 hours though so doing 2-3 60 hour fasts a week will get you optimum results. Make sure to eat high fat, high protein/ low carb during the re-feed or you will regain what ever you lost. Gum, diet drinks, sugar, artificial sweetener and the like will stop atophagy. Water, bone broth, herbal/green tea and black coffee are the only safe things to consume during an atophagy fast.
Walking and short (10-20 minute) Hiit sessions during a fast is more effective for fat loss than long hard workouts.
Leafy greens (espically spinach, arugula, mustard greens and kale) are very high in calcium, iron, and fiber so eat a tonne especially if you are bulimic.
I have lost 120lbs with the help of my IF/EF groups on Facebook. I have learned so much from these people and my doctor is very pleased with my progress. I started out as dangerously obese and now I’m almost a healthy weight in only 2 years. I have spent countless hours researching nutrition and though I struggle with bulimia (deptression, anxiety and BED paired with obsessive tendencies mixed with diet addiction has lead me down a bad path) I have not had many health issues associated with the disease. I do have extremely sensitive teeth and I’m addicted to laxatives but I dont have thinning hair, skin problems, intestinal issues, brittle nails, my bone density is good and my muscle ratio is healthy.
I know we are all sick but if you can make smart choices you’ll be thin before you’ll be dead. I hope people see this and can at least supplement their bodies as you become your desired aestetic/weight.
Stay safe
i don’t promote ed behaviours or fasting but my words aren’t going to change anything so here’s how to stay safe
The vitamin info in here could save your life, it’s definitely something I’m going to start doing during my fasts
Again, these things are very important. You’re going to do whatever you want anyways, so please make sure to do it safely.
My body feels so big and I’m too afraid to look in the mirror
i mean - it’s good that i didn’t gain weight after all this time of not regulating, but i need to loose more weight and the thought of having to wait until that happens is awful
i want to be someone else’s safety. even nonromantically. i want to be “hey can i tell you something?” i want to be - i tried something new and i’m a little scared but i wanted to show you. i want to be “i knew i could trust you”. i want to be okay to hold the hand of, always ready to listen, always trying. even if i don’t get it perfect, you know? i just want to be a place other people can relax and be themselves and not worry for a fraction of an instant.
i just tried on some jeans and they are not it. i forgot how fat i was until i saw it overhanging on the top of the waistband
“skip dinner and become thinner” more like “skip dinner and you have an eating disorder please get help”
“a moment on the lips, a lifetime on the hips” more like “a moment on the lips is okay to have, please take care of yourself in this lifetime”
“every time you eat you delay becoming skinnier” more like “every time you eat you give your body the nutrients it needs in order to survive, please keep surviving”
“you’ll be able to wear whatever you want when you get to your ugw” more like “you’ll be able to wear whatever you want now because fashion =/= weight”
“Don’t reward yourself with food your not a dog” more like treat yourself because you’re amazing and deserve happiness
This is actually really helpful thanks
I love this post for how it politely demolishes destructive pro ana/mia mantras i love it

While I might not deal with this, there are certainly others out there who do. Reblogging to help those people.
