Sorry I didnāt post a food log for 6.6.21 but I got into a bit of a pickle with my mother and my laxatives. Sheās forcing food in my system and taking me to the doctor today because she thinks thereās something wrong with my digestion track.
I hope the doctor doesnāt mention my weight loss to her or Iāll be forced into recovery.
Does anyone have any advice with being low key with my habits around my parents, at least until Iām old enough to move out?
So it turns out I just have ādehydrated organsā for short. Apparently Iām not consuming enough water to support my food AND water intake.
Also my doctor said that since my BMI is still in the average instead of underweight my weight loss shouldnāt be an issue (typical of them.)
So in the end I was prescribed more laxatives (because Iām building immunity to my old ones Bc Iāve lowkey abused them) and was told to keep eating how Iāve been eating.
