My fasting tips!!
These can work in whatever way you do them and ofc no one is pressuring you to do any of these!
Keep a water bottle with you at ALL times
Lemon, cucumber, raspberry water is very good when fasting
If you have to have a little snack (which is perfectly fine!!) fruit and veggies or protein like sliced turkey or chicken. Very low cal foods and if you want to work out after you can get the calories off fast (let’s say faster than you would if you had eaten a doughnut ahah)
Start a hobby! Painting, drawing, seeing/embroidery. I started drawing and embroidery! It really helps make the time pass faster
Watch tv shows thag are safe for you, that you know won’t trigger you in anyway and that you know you can just binge watch basically
Keep a journal/tracker of your days (I do this) I log what I’ve eaten if I have eaten anything, the work outs I’ve done and whatnot. It really helps keep things in control
If you’re fasting DONT WORK OUT!! If you work out, no matter what you do you will burn calories and if you’re fasting you don’t really have any calories to burn so you’ll just make yourself more tired and eventually more hungry and that can lead to a binge
