This week hasn’t been so good, I got an infection and had to start taking antibiotics which I had to take with food
I’ve still been trying to stay under 500 a day but I’m feeling a bit put out because I haven’t been able to exercise either

Had to end my fast at 43 hours with two pieces of toast because I had a session with my personal trainer, although I immediately started the clock on another fast because I’m out for lunch tomorrow and then my sister is making us pizza in the evening, so I won’t be able to fast at all tomorrow
I have also found my latest celebrity th1nspø, Maisie Peters, she’s so tiny! And she’s short like me ❤️
Finished my fast yesterday at 72 hours, had 859 calories, and now I’m 18 hours into my next fast 💪🏻
I’m out for lunch on Sunday and my sister said she’d make us pizza in the evening so I need to get in as much fasting as possible before then

Nearly at hour 48 of my fast, and I’m thinking I might finish tomorrow at 72 hours 🤔 I’ve always found it easier to simply not eat at all than to try and eat small amounts, does anyone else find this?

Going shopping tomorrow 🎉 will finish my fast tomorrow morning at around 66 hours, meaning a total of 138 hours of fasting this week; can’t wait to go back to the gym on Monday 💪🏻

Finished my last fast at 72 hours, gave myself a 3 hour window to eat a meal and some fruit, and now I’m 20 hours into the next fast 💪🏻 hoping to go until Saturday morning, as Mum wants to go to a restaurant for burgers 💀💀

Also me: weighs myself compulsively every morning. Gets pissed when I haven’t lost 30lbs in 8 hours.
