How long have you been pvrg1ng? How often?
How was your first time pvrg1ng? Do you remember it?What triggered you to do so?
Who else knows about it?
My experience with purging:
Did it for the first time after overeating on rice cakes lol and it took foreverrr
Just gradually got quicker with it, but after I became seriously bulimic my reflex was gone so had to quit for a few months to let it heal
I think I began 1.5 years ago and messed it up about 7 months ago
Now I try to just use it for emergencies
yearly relapse cycle is still going

i feel like a skinny girly and like a fat whale in the span of 10 minutes🤪
I have food in my stomach, kill me plz
i’m still sad, but at least my ribs are visible
body dysmorphia is through the roof atm

i’m starting to think the seasonal depression isn’t just seasonal

i gave myself this disorder but i seem to suck at it
done with excuses and need to start getting it together
