anyway here are my rules for myself✨

no eating before 14:00

no eating after 18:00

don’t eat anything white

👏 WATER 👏

don’t eat more than a cup

no dairy

very little pastry

no MORE than 700 calories a day

sleep as much as you can

keep busy

weight in at morning and evening

only drink water

cheat day once every two weeks

exercise 4 times a week (at least)

only two meals a day

drink water before eating
