A recurring problem I've had with latex shirts is them staying put, if they have the right tightness they tend to ride up over time and need to be pushed back into place. A solution (besides making everything into leotards/one piece swimsuits) is an pair of leggings with an oversized waistband. This helps hold everything in place while still being a little easier to get in and out of.

...but of course then you get the issue of the waistband riding down. Well at least it's more comfortable.
