If you say “the supreme court ruled to ban transgender athletes today,” then I can tell you don’t care one iota about trans women.
They banned trans women, trans girls, and nonbinary TMA people. They did NOT ban ALL trans athletes. Being specific about who is harmed is 100% necessary to actually undo harm.
It is DAMN important to name the transmisogyny, just as much as it is to name the transphobia. It is directly against the foundation of intersectionality to try to flatten two separate intersecting oppressions into one.
TME people oppress TMA people. To say that some TME people are harmed when only TMA people are harmed denies transmisogyny in the entire first place.
Copy&Pasting my post from the replies because i STILL am blocking people parroting misinformation:
Please read all the replies before spreading the same misinformation that has already been debunked.
It is not true that trans men/mascs are “excluded by default.”
As already said in a reply below, “Trans men on T can compete if they get a Therapeutic Use Exemption as outlined by the World Anti-Doping Agency. Trans women are being specifically and explicitly banned by law,” and therefore DO NOT have access to ANY exemptions that trans men have access to.
Here is a link that outlines it, also grabbed from the comments below.

Also, they specifically did not ban trans men so that they could claim the ban was not transphobic in nature.
If you cannot accept these basic facts, i cannot believe you are bringing anything up in good faith.
Being excluded from bigotry and oppression is not its own new form of bigotry or oppression.
