Okay I don’t know much about lawyers and legal stuff.. but I know it’s horrible you’re things about the sidemen are getting stolen and the fact you can’t eat some days makes me sick to my stomach. But next to the point, you should send another email if they don’t respond and say you will be getting ready to sue this company for theft, I believe that’s what it is, if they don’t take your stuff down. It’s definitely not fair to you or to people buying the items. Keeping you in my prayers. ❤️

This is like a really late response (thank you so much though omg), but I sent them this massive PDF with creation dates of my works, invoices from my shop, links to when I posted it on this blog, etc. and they were basically like “...ok but there’s no copyright certificate (it’s like an eight month process to get one from the Library of Congress) so we’re gonna keep on selling your stuff bc you're not gonna sue us” so I got a lawyer and now I’m gonna sue them

#this is maybe a tiny bit petty #like i've gone silent since that message from them which was like a week before black friday #so they think they've gotten away with profiting off of my work for the entire holiday season #but i'M GONNA HIT THEM WITH A DEMAND LETTER RIGHT AFTER #also i've got a pending copyright on those designs now too #but yeah thanks for the support you're honestly great #answered #phia-eilice

my SDMN designs are being stolen and sold

This company has taken my original work from my shop and is selling it without my consent (they're also on eBay and Amazon). Like, they’ve literally made hundreds of dollars off of my creations without even asking for my permission, and I’m getting absolutely nothing. I genuinely don’t know what to do, like I’m actually distraught.

(they’ve also stolen my panic! at the disco designs and put them on several products)
