yeah mukuro is an asshole and a bad guy BUT firstly he is a victim (and a child!). he lost literally everything. and he knows who is responsible for this.

we need to remember more often that mukuro was subjected to inhumane experiments from an early age. we talk about it too little.

Takeshi's perspective (pt. 1??) from Not Vongola!AU

Yamamoto Takeshi, 24 y.o.

- because Tsuna was not there, no one stopped him from jumping from school roof and as a result of falling he broke his spine and get nasty scar on his chin;

- luckily, he survived, his already broken right arm didn't get worse, and his spine healed well;

- unfortunately, the fracture had consequences; his mussels weakened, especially on his left knee, so he need a cane and to always wear a supportive medical gear;

- despite all prejudices against akita-inu, Jiro is a perfect service dog to Takeshi; he adores her and the feelings are mutual!

- the healing process took time, and Takeshi fell behind in the school curriculum, so he graduated much later than his peers; now he helps his dad in family sushi bar, dreams of becoming a veterinarian and is looking for job to earn money to apply to university

vongola as a polycule, but hibari refuses to be part of it, to which mukuro says "okay, fine by me" and hibari instantly changes his mind, because he's so nasty and just can't resist the voice in his head that tells him that he MUST do everything to spite mukuro + be better than him

Tsuna yelling at Mukuro for letting his friend die when all Mukuro has ever wanted is to stop letting his friends die by killing everyone whos like the ppl that hurt them but she rejected his help and he respects her enough to not make her organs for her but it’s also making her die.

“That’s just your idea of me” BECAUSE EVERYONE HAS ALWAYS READ HIM WRONG but he never corrects them
