i used to beg my heart to stop. id lay in bed sobbing with snot running down the back of my throat, hoping that the pains in my chest were the end.

they weren’t. i was actively having mental breakdowns and panic attacks. then i got on antidepressants, went to therapy, got better. now i don’t wanna die. but i spent a lot of years worrying every person around me and constantly wishing for death to get me out of the space that i was in. i even got close one time. co2 poisoning with a car tail pipe. a friend of mine pulled my drunk ass out of the car and i stayed with him for a few days.

if you tell someone to kill themselves

if you say a whole group should die

if you wish death on your fellow human for any reason at all, i don’t fw you, and i will do everything within my power to work towards making sure you can’t do that shit anymore.
