I know landscape painting is incredibly trite… but doing plein air painting out in nature, kicks all kinds of ass actually, and it’s my favorite new hobby.

I love that its not about the end result. It’s about observing, learning, and spending time in nature. I love being in a beautiful place, alone with thoughts of “holy shit that water is so beautiful let’s look at it for two hours”.
