A mysterious package arrives containing an extensive file on Hoid. Included are some known aliases and a series of Evanotypes of him that appear to be taken from concealed positions. Some information in the file seems to be redacted.

At the very top of the folder circled in red is his last known location.

The package is unsigned, the only mark on it being the symbol for steel.

Finally now just have to find a way to contact hq for help keeping him in and bringing him to trial
