✨ Paterno ✨ The Art-Deco styled 825 Fifth Avenue situated east of @centralparknyc near East 64th Street in Lenox Hill. Despite it’s floor count of only 23 stories, the building has a strikingly notable red-tiled steep-pitched roof, making it just as visible from long distances. It was completed in 1927, a few years before the start of the Great Depression, and developed by the Paterno Brothers of Italy with designs by James E.R. Carpenter. ✨ Pan Am ✨ 200 Park Avenue, also known as the @Metlife Building, stands 808-feet-tall with roughly 58 years of age having been completed in 1963. Back then, it was primarily known as the Pan Am Building since it once served as the headquarters for the former Pan American Airways. Built in the International Style, the 59-story mixed-use tower features designes from Emery Roth & Sons, Pietro Belluschi & Walter Gropius, and of course...it remains as one of the most recognizable skyscrapers in all of New York City!
