Rentaro shook his head in denial, while smiling a bit. “Nah, don’t even say that. This form is the most useless one of them all. Might as well not have any armor on. I just put it on because I don’t exactly like showing my face to people while I fight.” He explained, his head then nodding a bit to the other’s comment on training. “Despite not being on par with them, I trained my body to be able to copy their moves to a certain extent, to be able to wield their weapons and fight their styles even when they don’t possess me.”
It had been a pretty rough time. Rentaro had realized just how powerless he was and he was about to fall into a depression every time he fought as Den-O, seeing the image take his body to the limit. With a little confidence boost from them, he started working out, learning from each of them their styles…. You could say they actually bonded during that time. Learning how to dance from Ryutaros was the worst though. Rentaro never really had a dancer’s body.
Taking the charms from the man’s hand, Den-O nodded. “I could always leave this to Ryutaros…. he can mind-control most people, so he’d just issue a general command of leaving the building.” That was another possibility, but he couldn’t afford to use Ryutaros in a museum, with precious pieces everywhere. He’d just burn everything with his explosions.
"The idea of doing it this way is that it leaves no one to notice what's going on and the people who get put to sleep won't remember anything odd happening. It also doesn't give the horror any sign we're there until we are." Aguri tried to explain before he took a deep breath. "With that.. it's time we enter.. and see if my guess is correct if it's her or not." Stepping forward he opened the door to the museum and lead the armored guest inside.
Once inside Aguri was quick top put a charm on each guard's face so they wouldn't do anything hasty at the sight of his bow before continuing in. The place was well set up, usual bag checks kind of things. Some of the pieces here must be expensive for such checking to be done. To avoid the metal detectors Aguri jumped over the x-ray box to get past into the main lobby and already he took his bow off his shoulder and held it defensively.
Inside the main area were already lots of beautiful works all out to be seen. The area spacious and was open to show multiple floors up. It was honestly quite beautiful, while the stair case was off to one side leading up to the next floor and then the stair case continued on the opposite side for the rest of the way up. Seeing around it was so easy to see all the paintings, though some oddly enough seemed to be very modern, not with how they looked, but by the style of clothing of the people in the works. A few paintings though looked oddly empty as if they were missing major parts to complete them and in the middle of the area directly inside the main lobby was a giant picture painted to look like a gate to a big mansion, but it seemed still wet.
"I think this might be worse than I thought. .. where are all the visitors..? Did she already captured them all..?"

Grabbing the necklace and nodding, Rentaro put it on without much ceremony. If it was going to protect him, protect away! As he heard the other’s explanation, Rentaro’s mind conjured up a doubt. “Oi, Kusugami-san~. Why do you need my opinion on it? If it’s an art Horror, I can’t really do anything. I may be super rich, but I didn’t really develop a taste for the visual arts.”
That was true. In his youth, his parents tried to spark his interest for every form of investment there was in this world, but the little boy seemed more interested in literature and knowledge than in material things. A shame, but they had calculated it was for the best. He’d probably develop a taste of his own later….. Which didn’t happen. Sad story.
"If you don’t mind, I’m bringing my own protection as well. Henshin!" He shouted, swiping the Rider Pass on his Den-O Belt. A railroad appeared, shining in the darkness of the night, going around his body, until a dull, dark armor solidified around his body. "Don’t need those guys to possess me yet, so this should be fine for now. Still hate this form, though." His voice was heard though the eye-less helmet that only had a railroad splitting it in half.
Aguri actually smirked slightly listening to the guy speak. "You misunderstand. The game has nothing to do with art. If it was I would ask for someone else's help." He stated as he watched his transformation, it was that armor again, but it looked different.. must be because of the absence of those possessive monsters.
"If I'm honest, I wish I could use my armor as freely as you can use yours." He stated simply. "But .. I only get so many ninty-nine seconds before it must be removed." Looking around a bit as as if he was just having some weird feeling. "But that's why we are trained from such a young age, we have to be the best fighters possible with or without our armor.."
Stopping a bit away from the place, which had lights on because, as he said, there were night tours he took out some red papers with writing on them. "You might need to take some of these.. we need to put them on the faces of the humans here to knock them out so they won't get in the way and get hurt or see things they might be haunted by for life." He held out some to him. They really seemed to have many tools to fight these Horror things and tried to be prepared for everything and protect humans as much as possible.
-
"Oioioi, you sure this is okay? Goin’ out hunting with a douche that tried to kill you?" Momotaros yelled at Rentaro’s ears while he was getting dressed in the DenLiner. "Yeah, don’t worry about it. You should understand this more than me. You’ve been fighting all kinds of creepy-crawlies in various timelines again and again without rest or reward. Try to put yourself in the man’s shoes." "Humph." The Imagin pouted.
"At least let one of us come along." Urataros asked of him. "Like I said, if I need you guys, I can just swipe the Pass on the belt and you’ll instantly possess me, so it’s no biggie. Just keep out for those Horrors and we’ll be fine." He comforted them, smiling. "Go get ‘em, then!" Ryutaros screamed, doing a fistbump with Rentaro before he hopped onto the Den-Bird and slid his Pass on it.
With a bit of revving up, he was sent flying out of the train, landing on the exact same area he had quite a few hours before. “9 sharp. Gotta love me some punctuality.” He whispered, coming to a full stop after a few rounds. “Oi, bowman! I may not be an Imagin, but I know you’re there already! If this is attracting the Horrors to me, let me know!” He shouted out loud towards the black sky, while taking out his Rider Pass and flashing his Den-O Belt.
"Horrors are not attracted by loud yelling humans. They might be beast but not so simple." Aguri stated even as he picked up the necklace and jumped down off the building, easily landing on his feet before holding out the necklace.
"I would prefer if you wear this for our travels.. it's a charm to help you resist any effects the horrors might have in enchanting you. It is not fool proof but it should help. The one we are going to be meeting tonight will be fought not in this world so any defense is a good one.. I have a charm of my own to help protect me as well."
He then looked off. "It will be a slight journey but we are going to visit an art museum that the horror has turned into it's own place. Many people have vanished from it during it's night tours.. So if you are still up to going, let us go and put a stop to it.
"Your outside point of view might be useful for this specific horror, which is why I choose it. If she is who I think she is going to want to play a game with us.."

Rentaro swallowed a sudden urge to tell the man that he was far from having a normal life. The present didn’t flow in the right way for Rentaro, who was all over the place and time at the same moment. Once in 2014, another in 1960 and the other one in 3867, he never set foot in a period of time for too long, and even his normal life was seeing some minor consequences to that.
But that wasn’t important now. he didn’t really want to reveal that he could time-travel. Would really mess up the conversation so he simply nodded. “If you consider metal that is form out of pure time energy ‘normal’, then I guess I don’t have much against these monsters.” That sarcasm was the most he could let out of his frustration without seeming too rude. He was tired after all. He had left his body to Sieg so he could rest a bit, but now he was in for something.
"I guess tonight works. Not like I have to make up for lost sleep or anything. I’ll just take a nap and we’ll meet here again at…. say around 9 PM?" He asked. He’d probably take a nap in the DenLiner and then travel to 9 PM of that day, that way he’d get enough sleep AND he’d be punctual.
"Good. That sounds like a perfect time, should be getting dark by then so the horrors will surface. I hope seeing one for yourself will help you understand the work I have to do along with others who share my job." Aguri stated simply before walking off, after all, he just knew he was going to come back at 9 pm and obviously he has preparations to make now that he was going to be here with a guest.
Of course it was probably rude to not say 'see you' or something but that just wasn't his style really.
-------------------
Being early was always his thing, plus he had to scout and make sure the location of the horror was where he thought. He couldn't be for sure but he was certain it was in that area... and it was a stationary one for the most part. Stationary could be good or bad depending their strength but this one had gotten a lot of kills before he was called in since the knight of this area was too damaged to fight.
Awaiting on top of a building in the area they said they'd meet, Aguri was making sure his arrows were ready to go and all his tools were perfect as possibly needed for this trip. Also next to him laid a necklace.. he planned to give it to Rentaro to wear, as a protective charm, in hopes to help protect him from the horror's magic.
"He should be here in fifteen minutes.. that should give me plenty of time to go over things once more and make sure things are prepared.. I don't want to get him hurt because I wasn't prepared enough..."

[ ♛ ]— ℛyouma wanted to scream. Wanted to just grab his brother by the neck and shake him vehemently, to hiss at him ‘yes’. But he was his brother, his blood relative, the one who spent twenty-six years of his life with. Despite his amorality, he could not bring harm to the one person who he knew he could trust. Couldn’t he?
”ϒes, Aguri. I always have. When I left the Kusugami estate, it was because I found you would be a better Knight than I ever would be. And I was right. I could never be a Knight because I… Because I never had the interest to become one,” he murmured, his voice sounding forced as he finally told his brother the sole reason why he refused to take up Knighthood. He could not bring himself to lie to Aguri for some insane reason, whether it was the way they had the same facial features or that he had been constantly thinking about him even though they’d been apart. He supposed he could say he even missed him, as awkward as that sounded, coming from someone like him.
ʂtill, the wounds and injuries Aguri had sustained, along with the way he was speaking indicated all of that was taking a toll on his body. Ryouma pursed his lips, placing his index and middle finger on Aguri’s wrist. Pupils then dilated, an indescribable feeling brewing within the centre of his chest. He soon understood it as unease. Fear. Aguri’s blood pressure had dropped rather dangerously. If Ryouma didn’t dress those injuries…
ℋe preferred not to think of the outcome, even if the equations were already forming inside his head. He wasn’t going to let the only person that mattered to him die under his watch. “Enough speaking for now, Aguri,” he muttered, hauling his brother’s arm over his shoulder, irritation at the current situation bubbling within the pit of his stomach. This was not going well. His voice was laced with urgency as he started towards one of his hidden laboratories around Zawame City, and thankfully there was one close by where they were. “We’re going to dress those injuries. Stay with me, Aguri.” Please don’t die, he chanted in a mantra mentally, as if praying to a god he didn’t believe in.
You didn't want to be a knight..? It was hard to believe to him that he wouldn't. Sure hearing it, even on his dazed mind, he could see how that always really was the case. After all this was the guy who did everything possible to skip their training even at the risk of angering their father. Faking being sick and worrying Aguri all the time just to keep out of it. .. About the only time he did train was when Aguri himself was too sick to get out of bed.
It was probably awkwardly timed but, as they went the very beaten man was smiling.. a big bright but drunken smile went across his lips and, strained as it was, he laughed. His laughter wasn't about the here-and-now. He was thinking about the past.
He was laughing thinking about how different the two really were growing up even if they looked identical. Ryouma would always be working on his own thing and staying up late and doing exactly what their father said not to do and there was Aguri, training his hardest, sleeping on time, always doing as their father stated. Aguri hardly with a smile while Ryouma wore his proudly. Opposites yet their care and love for each other was the same. Strong and unbreakable. Even now they both were so worried about the other it was like the whole world stopped for them to fix the current situation.
".. It never.. changes... E.. ven now.. you're s... still dressing my... wounds.. g.. got any more weird... pills for me... to take?" He questioned quietly, the idiot not being able to bring himself to completely keep silent.
He was mentioning pills to reference when they were kids and he got so sick that Ryouma had to use human medicine to help him and he was so confused by the concept of pills that he was too busy questioning what they were to take them until Ryouma shut him up. Being so close to death all his mind could think about was that time growing up with Ryouma.
It was all he could think about.
It's all he wanted was to things to be like that again.
To be with his brother again happy like before...
"Do you think... I... will be ooo--.." With those words Ryouma could feel the weight of Aguri's whole body on him. Aguri wasn't holding himself up at all anymore. He wasn't.. The eyes of the beaten up man were half closed but it was obvious he consciously wasn't there as his breathing went even more shallow and he wasn't responding. At least he was breathing at all.

[ ♛ ]— ợrdinarily, Ryouma wouldn’t have minded if he had hatred shoved down his throat. He was ostracised as a child anyway — what difference would that make? But when that same hatred bled from his own brother, from his own flesh and blood, it made his stomach overturn itself, it made him feel smaller than the older brother he was supposed to be. How could one suddenly shove righteousness into a man so devoid of it? He absorbed it nonetheless, unable to fight the cringe, the stiffening of his shoulders as he felt the words so steepled in disgust enter his eardrums, his very bloodstream. And it made him ache.
Ɯhile it was a small consolation that Aguri didn’t hate him, couldn’t hate him, it didn’t make any difference from how he viewed him now. He was beyond saving, he was far too off in the deep end for redemption. His throat was dry, but he had to speak. He had to. If I could just make Aguri understand — “Aguri,” he began, lifting his hand up to coil around his brother’s wrists, “I lied to protect you. I lied because I didn’t want you to constantly worry about my life choices. All I wanted to do was to make sure you inherited GAI, that you were the pride of the Kusugami lineage. Even if it means I’ll be alone and without help.” And now, it was going to be for naught because Aguri, being a Knight, would never see eye to eye with his ideals.
”ί had your best interests in mind. I had to do this — ” He gestured around him at the wreckage of Zawame City littered with plants, broken cars and litter, sighing as he caught his brother in his arms. “— because if humanity isn’t culled, there would be six billion people devouring what little food is there, eventually resorting to eating the fruit of Helheim. Six billion people will transform into monsters with no memory of being human. Six billion monsters roaming the surface of the earth. Aguri, you have to understand.”
Stuck in his brother's arms, not because of his own will but because of his own physical weakness from being beaten so much by those people who hated the big brother he looked up to with so much of his heart. He stayed close to him. He couldn't push himself away. How could he? Being in his brother's arms was something he always wanted.
He loved his brother. He was always so happy to be able to say this man was his big brother, the one who he grew up with. The one who always smiled and laughed and took care of him, even if a smile hardly formed on his own face. The brother who accepted he was a nagging goody-goody who hardly let himself enjoy anything and do exactly as he was told.. but still tried to make him break out from it, enjoy himself, and not let himself get over worked. This was the brother who's ring he kept with him at all times and he honestly thought about all the time, worrying about his well being, his safety, and his sanity.
As Ryouma spoke the words went into his younger brother's ears and only grazed his conscious thoughts. Some words broke through. Something about billions of people turning into monsters because of that fruit he spoke of in that letter... That would be bad. Horrors were bad enough. Even the knights wouldn't know what to do and would probably get trapped in this as well. But how would Ryouma control who died? How does someone choose who dies and who lives? That part bothered him but there were other things on his mind. After all most of Ryouma's words didn't even reach him because of it.
My brother... the one I was brought up being taught to protect and take care of. That I was to help him and be at his side.. All this time the one I was told to protect was trying to protect me.. from the darkness of himself and from what he got involved in..
With his mind so scattered and his heart broken and everything all confused he was like an empty shell as he slowly looked up at his elder twin with shaking eyes to ask a question.
"You really... had my best interest in mind... even when we were kids.. were you always thinking of me..?"
His voice was a bit cracked. It sounded so strained. He must have been so weak from the loss of blood and from pushing his body so hard to keep standing. Even now he must been in so much pain and physical pressure mixed with the emotional and mental mess it was like he was drunk from how glazed over and dead his eyes looked as he stared at Ryouma. His hands shaking a bit with a growing coldness to them.
"And.. I'm sorry... I have made a... mockery of our teachings as Kusugami... Instead of being an elegant archer I have.. grown a bit more.. barbaric in battle.." There was no time for him to suddenly be saying that but he was obviously not in his right mind.
[ ♛ ]— Being a man of science (or so he liked to call himself), he was quite observant. Aguri’s handwriting had always been heavy since a child, and had this habit of writing on a stack of paper. As such, he could see the imprints of writing from before — at least the letter before this one — and photocopied it. He set the photocopied one aside, holding the paper over a candle and starting to read the original message. Brows creased slightly, knowing he’d made Aguri worried again. But that wasn’t his fault, was it? The teenaged boy who prided himself on being ‘Kusugami Ryouma’, heir to the Kusugami bloodline, was long gone. But Aguri — Aguri hadn’t changed a bit. Setting the paper down, he started to write one as well, deciding to oblige his younger brother and sending him an actual letter for once in his ‘doctors’ handwriting’.
Dear Aguri,
I see the pull of inventing has finally reached you. I am doing fine, thank you for asking. You sound like you’re doing relatively fine as well. I trust the experimenting on the Sky Bow is going well. But should you require my assistance, you know you can always contact me via Makai technology.
A meeting, hm? Maybe I’m free next Friday, assuming my reports are done by then. But leaving the ruins for such a long period of time… wouldn’t the city be overrun with Horrors? You did say your friends were incompetent. Unrelated to that topic, I do have some books on bladed bows and bow mechanisms, should they interest you. I have also managed to procure a copy of Da Vinci’s manuscripts and blueprints for your — and my — reference.
Aguri… You really nag a lot, you know that? You’re the spitting image of Mother. I apologize for the lack of length, I’m rather busy with reports. It’s the start of the month, after all.
Yours sincerely,
Kusuga Sengoku Ryouma
Dear brother (( u kno it me ))
[OH I HATE YOU]
Dear brother,
You know this is probably not the best way to send a letter and probably not the best thing for me to do to. Hardly ever do I write to you and because of that I really don’t know what to say but given some of the events that have transpired more recently I have a growing need to at least give you a message of some kind in hopes to maybe share some thoughts I have in side that have been bothering me.
I do agree, it is rude, but I have been trying to look in on you. See what you are doing now beyond what you tell me and see the kind of person you’ve become through the eyes of those around you. From what I hear you still have that charming personality, that smile even as you research things that might make a normal human frown or fearful. But it’s not just that, it seems as that smile has been fading with more anger or is it sadness? I don’t know since I have not seen it and only know what I’ve been told. But it’s not just that. I was told you are a cold hearted ‘madman’ busy with your experiments and not caring about who or what you use to fulfill them to get the results you’re after to continue your work.
I know you can be very self damaging when you are busy with a project but I never knew you to be a person to hurt others. What’s going on Ryouma? Is everything alright? I’m sure you are going to not be pleased with me going behind your back to check in on you but even now I still worry about you all the same. Paper-cut or a huge gash you are still the big brother I want to look out for and protect so I want to know if you’re doing alright or if something is wrong. Don’t I deserve to know what’s happening with my own twin? I still have a heart that cares deeply for you. I still love you Nii-san.
"Enough of that. This is stupid. I can’t tell him anything like that. Not a word." Taking the letter he rolled it up into a ball and tossed it over in the corner to be forgotten..
Dear Brother,
How have you been? The area I have been assigned to protect for the time being has been getting slow on horror spawnings and the gates are not forming as often. I might actually get to spend some time trying to relax and work on designing some new tools for the fight.
I’ve started to really get into this … inventing thing after working on the SkyBow. I might not be very good at it but it has proven to be helpful coming up with new tools. Maybe you could give me some stuff to help me get better at this, or at least some advice. This is your area after all and I’ve only just started to get into it. It’s different than just making priest items like I used to be taught when we were younger, but at least those skills are still being helpful now.
I was thinking, if things are going alright for both of us .. could we maybe work on meeting again? I don’t want to be a nag like always and bother you but I do miss talking to you in person and spending time together like we did as children.
Those times might be long over but I do treasure the memories I had with you. I hope you don’t look down at me if I admit that the idea of protecting you helps me continue to fight the horrors even when I feel lost.
Anyway this letter is getting long so I’ll end it off here. Respond when you get the chance Ryouma.
Your brother,
Kusugami Aguri

The whole talk was making Rentaro sleepy now. He didn’t mean to disrespect other’s fights. It was just when it came to getting to the bottom line of things, the true core of reason, he was already too tired to listen. Right around this time would be the time he’d retreat to a good bed in his mind and let Urataros or Momotaros lead his body, and then he’d ask for explanations later.
"Iunno. Maybe it has happened. Maybe it hasn’t. When you time-travel like me, getting a spot-on perception of time is a bit hard and blurry. That I recall, I’ve never heard of people being possessed and murdered and all that while I was on other times, not even in this one… Maybe that means you guys are doing a good job." He mustered a small smile of confidence.
He didn’t know how the old the other was, nor how long he’d been fighting, but to Rentaro, it felt like he was being the senpai now, so he had to say something. Turning around, he looked to the bright blue sky he had always longed for. “You know. Fighting and focusing on protecting everyone is good…. But you can’t neglect yourself, or your body or, most of all, the people around you. You said you lost someone.”
His head dropping a bit, a light entered his body, changing a streak of his hair to blue. Getting glasses out of his pocket, he placed them on his face. “Then you understand more than nothing else that you should enjoy everyone you know while they last. Think about that.” And as soon as he was done, the light left the body. “Either ways, I would like to see these Horrors. Seems like a good thing to know. Maybe I could go to their origin and kill them later.”
"I don't neglect myself but people around me, that is something we all must neglect. We do not make bonds with humans because they are not even supposed to know we live. We were trained from a young age to be able to fight for this cause... and the armor we wear as knights choose to allow us as their users for a reason."
Looking a bit off the man sighed slightly. "Who I mentioned before wasn't someone I knew, but someone who simply used to be on the same side, a knight like me, who was turned into a horror. ... That being said I did loose someone in that big battle. A preexist who worked hard to help lead us through the battle during our time in that city ... who tried to help stop that great evil from coming with his life."
Taking a deep breath he soon was frowning again, which seemed to be his more natural expression. "We don't have the luxury to have a regular life as you do. Every night we must fight horrors and every day we must destroy the gates that bring them here. That is the life of a Makai and will always be. It is up to us to take care of them .. since it's only because of our Makai weapons we can even kill them."
He seemed to chuckle softly after saying that. "If you could just go into their realm and destroy them all ... that would be a blessing for us, but all in all it is not going to work. Your weapons probably can't even damage a low level horror because they are still considered normal Earth weapons.. if bullets and swords made of normal metals cannot damage them, I don't suppose yours would?
"But we can see. Meet me back here at nightfall and I will show you what it is we fight, I hope we run into the more powerful of the two horrors that have come into this city.. so you can see more of the strength they possess.. and their danger"
Do it.
I will write about the following, leave one in my ask box.

In all technicality, Rentaro had been fighting everywhere to save everyone. Not a single place and not a single person. He was taking care of all time and space. That was no easy job. If he failed somewhere in time, this person in front of him, his struggle, his self, wouldn’t exist. At least, not in the form it is right now, in this somewhat peaceful time point. That was the only misconception that annoyed Rentaro.
Thinking your fight was all that much more important than the course of time itself. Shrugging, the 28-year old simply nodded. “You don’t need to apologize. Anyone makes mistakes. I apologize for the way I reacted, and for these 5 headaches. They haven’t had much work lately, so most of them are itching for a fight or action. And I’ve been rather jumpy. Doing 10 intercontinental flights in a row without more than an hour of sleep in between leaves me in a bad mood.”
Looking to the side, he saw people starting to come around. “You better hide that bow, or else people will panic. Also, you got a bit wrong there. I can’t exactly fight without my armor, as you call it. I may have a very good human physique, but I’m nothing compared to the powers the Imagin lend me when I’m transformed into Den-O. They’re the real heroes of the show. I’m just a body.”
"There's no way for me to hide it. It is much too big but that's nothing to worry about. I travel about wearing it all the time. People don't care about seeing a large decorative bow on someone's shoulder than you think." Aguri explained as he did put it back on his shoulder for it to rest.
"The arrows though are hidden as always, that is what might cause panic." Looking around the man sighed slightly. "They are similar to us then. You get your strength from monsters... while the armor we fight wearing is made from the same source as the monsters we kill and we have fought to kill them for as long as can be remembered." He explained softly. "Always in the shadows and mostly at night, we fight to destroy the horrors hidden around and banish them back to the place they are from until they find their way back here again. ... as we can't completely kill them for good."
Taking a breath he looked at the sky. "Horrors will always exist as long as the darkness lives in human hearts.. and as long as Horrors keep coming more and more Makai will rise to try to fight them back or else the world will be lost."
Looking over he smiled slightly. "I wonder if there were times you fight during the day during the same time one of us fight in the night and neither knew of the other's existence. But if you haven't slept you should. .. maybe tonight I could show you what a true horror is so you can understand better why our fight is important? There are horror gates in this city and at least two horrors have already passed through."
~
Returning to his straight-back position, Urataros snickered a bit, twirling his rod around for a bit. “Well, then too bad, you technically already tried to kill a human twice in a row. We may possess the Singularity Point, but the body is still human and the host’s will can force us out of his body. I’ll let you speak with Rentaro.” And with that, the armor and weapon sort of broke down into light, revealing Rentaro standing there.
Without saying anything, the 28-year old airplane pilot with no friends he could call his stalked down as fast as a feather towards the other man, grabbing him by the collar. “Are you serious? I kill my ass protecting this timeline and then someone mistakes me for a wrong type of monster and tries to kill me? Really? Is my effort so little?” There was no doubt about it. He was pissed.
Still looking rather pissed, he sighed and let go, realizing he was being a bit too conscious of this. He knew his life was always in danger, even from ignorant people who liked waving weapons around. He was also a bit like that sometimes, so he didn’t have any excuse. “Just look, if you’re not convinced. I’m human, born and raised. Rentaro Shirogami, age 28, airplane pilot by profession, current Kamen Rider Den-O.”
"You might have fought to protect this place but I have been fighting a lot myself some place else." Aguri stated calmly even as his collar was grabbed. "A human almost let out ... the greatest evil that exists.. it has been a tough battle and one not long past.. I admit, I might be a bit quick to draw my bow after such an event as it turned multiple friends against us.. and we couldn't be sure who was the real enemy.."
Flicking the lighter a green flame sprunt up and went in front of the eyes of Rentaro, making them glow green from the after glow but nothing more... and closing the lighter Aguri seemed to have relaxed and he even bowed his head.
"I'm sorry for my actions.. I never saw a horror possess someone before so I was only by description ... I was only thinking to save people first.. after all that was lost.." He looked up at the man and took a breath. "I guess the fight really put me off my game.. I am Aguri Kusugami... Also known... as the Sky Bow Knight Gai.. humans shouldn't know Makai and Horrors exists... but.. I already screwed up enough I might as well go all the way.." He took a breath.
"And like you I have armor I fight in, but I spend most of a fight... without it and prefer not to use it at all.."
I just realized how similar imagin and horrors seemed and I looked it up out of curiosity. Seems they were designed by the same person.

"What the hell is a horror? Not like I care, I just REALLY want to fight. Plus, Rentaro himself was pretty heated, so I should be the one fighting!" He shouted, grabbing the DenGasher modules on the belt and throwing them up, the pieces coming together to form the sword form of DenGasher. "Come on, come on, come on!"
"I’m an Imagin, if you really wanna know. Sands of time, blah, blah, blah… Oh wait, I think Kameko can give this one better than me!" He said, as if discovering something completely new, as he clicked on the blue button of the belt and swiped his Rider Pass. "Kameko-chan, your tur-" And with that, the red form was overlapped with blue, as the belt uttered "Rod Form".
"Seriously, senpai…. You always leave the work to me. Excuse me, stranger, these guys are just…. so…. ugh! I’ll give an explanation. We’re Imagin, beings made out of sands of time who can grant wishes, who have contracted to a person who is a Singularity Point, a person unaffected by changes in timeline, who is able to not give in to the temptation of wishing something from us. By using this belt, he can draw on our power to become someone called Kamen Rider Den-O, a protector of time and space."
Sighing, Den-O looked to the side and leaned on his DenGasher, which had somehow changed into a rod.
"A horror is a monster who uses the darkness inside the human heart to possess them, eating their souls in the process while using their body as a host so they can continue to capture and devour other human souls to fill their needs and hunger for destruction." The man explained simply as he stared down at the other confused greatly.
"They are evil monsters that must be cut down as soon as possible to stop them from killing more people and seeing you possess that human... it seemed as if you were a horror yourself, but horrors normally can only attack at night.. and don't have a form like you currently have. They are monsters, not with mechanical armor. ... especially not armor so similar to a knight's."
Looking at him he still just seemed so confused. "Please allow me to check your eyes to confirm you are not a horror playing me a fool... " He held up the lighter. "A human possessed by a horror's eyes under Makai fire will show strange shapes showing the horror is inside, humans will have no effect and will stay solid and normal. ... If you're really human I will not fight you. Makai knights are not to attack humans ever. No matter how evil."
