"Heritage" doesn't seem to be a word that resonates with the Air Force but I got to be a little piece of history today. Really I mean my husband, Drew, did. He drops bombs, and the very last M117 in the inventory was dropped from his B-52...on the birthday of the 20th Bomb Squadron, to which he is assigned. And because he knows how much I love planes, air domination and things that go boom, well, he made sure I got to be part of it too.
