New supposed Crash Bandicoot redesign takes a lotta influence from early concept art but it also has the same sorta modern Sonic design red flags that the Pac-Man one did. It's not as blatant as, say, Pac-Man with the cool kicks and the blue eyes, but it's obviously there. Look into it when you can.
