See… the negative side of always seeing the “good” in people, is that you are unfortunately opening yourself up to a lot of hurt from someone who would take advantage of your kindness and mistake it for low self esteem. Because when you settle to only seeing the good in people and find yourself making excuses for their behaviour and accepting ill treatment.. you’re neglecting your value. Place your judgements on their actions, and their actions only.

The Price

Life can be really wicked sometimes... especially when in the deepest moments that you realize when you did it to yourself. You focus so much on what’s happened or what is currently- and you tend to forget that all the choices you make leads to your future. And sometimes instead of blaming others, you should point the finger at your inner soul. Whether you fully mean to or not, we all make mistakes and hurt the ones we care about. The result? We’re paying the ultimate price...................
