Its that time of year where people love to talk about their accomplishments and i keep seeing weightloss related stuff the most, and i just wanna remind anyone who might need to hear it but losing weight slowly isnt bad, its actually good for you! You dont have to lose 100+ lbs in a year or less, its honestly not even healthy to do so, especially the smaller you are to begin with. Any progress is good progress! And just keep going!
