He’d be a dashing killer, kinda like Oni and Billy, where he’d charge up his power and summon his horse to dash around and one shot survivors.  His mori would be beheading them.

Can someone please explain the new prestige mechanic to me?  It was my understanding that when you prestige a character for the first time, it unlocks only the first tier of all three shareable perks.  That is not counting the characters you already unlocked perks for before the new update.

However, I have prestiged my Wesker only one time, yet I’m getting tier 2 versions of his perks in the bloodweb.  Is my understanding off or is there a bug?

I love the way Wesker’s hand flexes when the Uroborus tendrils are retreating back into his skin.  It gives the feeling that it hurts him when it does that.  The man is straight up clenching his hand.
