Dangerous Encounters || Cora & Aurora
The woods had become her favorite place since she had arrived in Storybrooke. The reason was simple. They were the only things that were known to her in the entire town. She was slowly growing accustomed to the town of course, and yet a part of her still, and she imagined always would, long for her own home in the Enchanted Forest. Aurora had always been in love with the woods. They hid her away from the world when she didn't want to be found and somehow despite everything that changed in her life, they remained constant through all worlds.Â
Once again she found herself at the border of the town, not knowing what the line was there for. She hadn't discovered the significance of the line and wondered still why it was drawn. Aurora figured she shouldn't cross it and yet every time she came back, the temptation was there. Just one foot across. Just to see what would happen. But every time she stepped back and walked back into town. Whether it was fear, cowardice, or her own self restraint, she didn't know. But it always pulled her away from the line. As she continued to simply enjoy her time outside and reminisce about her time back home, she heard a branch snap and leaves rustle in the distance which disrupted the silence. Immediately she turned around to locate the origin of the noise.
