Hello passengers!

I am the Subway Boss Ingo, one of two subway bosses who run the Battle Subways of Gear Station in Unova. I have also been known for a time as the Warden Ingo, caretaker of the noble ride pokemon Sneasler. While I have managed to recover most of my memories from my brief sidetrack to ancient Hisui, I still have moments from time to time as my mind wanders. Hence, I forget about this blog quite often, unfortunately.

Nevertheless! I am happy to interact with all passengers across rotumblr in a professional manner. As my brother often states, follow the rules. Safe driving! Follow the schedule. Everybody smile! Check safety. Everything's ready! Aim for victory! ALL ABBOOOAARRRDDDD!!!!

I have taken my phone back from Emmet. I'm sorry to inform you all that Emmet woke me up by blasting Mariah Carey's All I Want throughout the station. I have since confiscated all his Christmas albums and stored them away where only I and Chandelure know. However, not even I can stop him from decorating the station early.

Happy Halloween dear passengers! Here at Gear Station, we welcome all trick or treaters and costumed capers! Everyone who boards the trains tonight, commuters and battlers, will receive extra XP candies if they are wearing costumes. Come down to the multi and super multi trains, where Emmet and I will be handing out even more extra goodies to those who face us!

I remember hearing once that you like to listen to classic rock while running the Singles line. If that's true, what would be your fav band to listen to while battling? I myself find anything with a fast enough beat to be just as good as another, and super fun to make a battle combo to! Might be against League regulation to use in a formal battle, but you can bet it makes an awesome way to get advantage and win! (I may or may not be saying I could beat you and/or Emmet with one of my Battle Song combos. 😈)

Ah! I will take that as a challenge then!

As for my own band preferences, as stated I quite enjoy the classics. Kiss, AC/DC, Guns and Roses, Aerosmith, and more. I have found a few more recent bands I greatly enjoy as well, such as Shadow Academy and Night Flight Orchestra. I cannot help but belt out the lyrics to Midnight Flyer every time I hear it. Although, don't tell Emmet about that. It would only add fuel to the engine regarding his debates with Skyla....

However, there is one combina- I mean song that fuels me greatly more than any other. Passenger, have you heard the song Locomotive by Big Wreck?

Apologies for the delay, dear passenger! I had quite forgotten about the ask game I had reblogged some time ago. Without further ado, I shall answer your questions!

Goodra: Ever since my return home, I've found myself easily emotional over the smallest things. Currently, I have become very attached to a quilted blanket my brother gave me. It has the crest of the Pearl Clan stitched into it. There was not much I was able to bring with me from Hisui other than memories. Having a tangible reminder, something I can hold onto, has meant quite a lot to me.

Noivern: Ah, music! Emmet has been reintroducing me to my favorite bands. I've been greatly enjoying genres such as heavy metal and alternative rock. And, I have been introducing Emmet to more traditional music, such as The Cheifteins and the like. I am still in great astonishment over the sheer variety of music in the modern age!

Turtonator: Ah yes, fireworks. I must admit I was rather startled by the noise the first time. Emmet assures me we both had issues beforehand, but we had not, erm, 'fled the scene' as it were in our youth. My good friend Elesa gifted me a pair of noise canceling headphones for the next time Nimbasa has a fireworks based celebration. However, I will say I do greatly enjoy the spectacle of lights over the city landscape. It is quite the sight to behold.

What's one of your earliest memories involving a pokemon?

Ah, this is such a quaint query! Hmm, I believe my earliest memory of a pokemon would be of one of my parents' pokemon. They each had one of their own, a deerling and a crustle.

I remember helping my mother with pruning Deerling's antlers in the turn from spring to summer. As well as trying to lift Crustle on a dare from Emmet. I cannot quite tell which memory is earlier, as some of my past is quite scattered at the terminal. Emmet assures me that these memories are accurate, nonetheless.
