The finished fanart! What do you guys think? Mid-way through, I was inspired by the other Lucy piece that popped up a few days ago (@dekr_jan on X) and decided to add the memory viewing thing too to improve the composition, but I also added audio files to the mix as well!

I was actually debating between this background and her room with David's jacket hung up on the wall, but I thought this felt emotionally stronger (also, I'm not good at backgrounds lmao).

There were a few quotes to choose from, and I ended up going with David's promise and Lucy's words to him in the WuWa collab (because to me, it sort of felt like an answer to his promise). Though the title was taken from David's last words to her: Sorry, wish we could go to the moon together.

Working on a Lucy piece 😀 anything I should tweak? 🤔

This was inspired by the edgerunners end credit video where Lucy was grieving, there was a shot of her screaming and I immediately saved the idea. I was originally gonna make the ghost of David sit in front of her, but I felt the absence was in the end more powerful.

Luna thinks it's the wrackspurts. After all, Harry Potter is just a very very sleepy boy.
