I was re watching the Are There Healthy Distractions Sanders Asides and idk why up until now, I’ve always glossed over the conversation between Patton and Roman about Anna and Hans.

Isn’t it strange that you can find solace in the most unlikely places?

When I opened AO3 today, I was simply looking for entertainment. Just a nice fic to giggle at, twirl my hair and just have a…distraction. From everything going on at the moment.

But I had to stop reading midway because the fic I chose today had me so choked up. It made me realize just how much I love living.

That’s a sentence I wouldn’t have been able to even think about a couple years ago.

I feel like that’s the power of art, yknow? I love the fact you can find art anywhere. I love that it can help people. I love being able to feel.

This probably should’ve gone in my notes but I thought, “eh. It might help someone. Ya never know.”
