Day six food diary:

Disclaimer: my weight has been up and down 136-138-140 because I’ve been in work long days so can’t get a reflection of my weight properly, I work 14 hr shifts ahah. So will update my weight when I’m off work on Monday.

Too tired to type everything today so will post pictures. Yes I ate a lot I know, again.. 14 hour shifts make me eat like 4 meals because I do so much haha

Day five food diary :

Tw Vent:

Don’t feel like talking much about what I ate today, did so well until I got home had noodle cup & more crisp & a 99 kcal choc bar and I don’t think I’m gonna stop there. No weight loss either the last two days so I’m a bit upset that the scale wasn’t 135 when I woke up. Maybe upping my calories will help. So disappointed in the fact I’m not losing weight, 136.6 still but not pooping great so scale goes up to 137.6 throughout the day to 137.8 then to 140 but in the morning is still 136.6. I’d kill to be less than 135 just so I can say I’ve had over 10lbs weight loss.

I done my testosterone shot like 2 days ago and I hope that doesn’t make my appetite sky rocket or make me gain because I let myself go again and eat whatever I want. So disappointed in myself for feeling so hungry because I have been working so hard.

I know it isn’t a huge amount of kcal however I’m more upset that my cravings are coming back because this is how I gain and gain. I have top surgery in 1 month 2 days and I want to not look like I’m pregnant or bloated all the time. So disappointed just want to be a skinny/ stick thin male haha not a lump of fat on legs ahah

Breakfast: 2 veggie sausages, spinach &mushroom scrambled eggs (egg white only), 1 tsp of ketchup - 173 kcal

Lunch: 130g cottage cheese, 6 cracker bread crackers, 10 blueberries - 240kcal

Dinner: tacos- 50g veggie mince w/cheese slice, red pepper, chilli, lettuce and one cracker bread (to act as tortilla chip) - 112kcal

Snack: lowcal Icecream 200g about 216kcal

Total kcal : 741kcal

Exercise : 511 - (update 593kcal)

Total for today: 230kcal (update 148 kcal)

Outcome of last food diary, current weight is 136.6 I dropped 0.4lbs since last night which was good considering I had a rough day with snacks. Will continue to work out in the evening as want to try and burn another 100-200kcal if possible

Day three of holding myself accountable:

Today I fasted for 24 hours, but then after that was not too great.

Breakfast: fasted but had monster ultra - 10kcal

Lunch: faster

Dinner: chickpea curry again w 1/3 bag of rice - 384kcal

Snacks: 100g cottage cheese - 90kcal

Cracker bread x 4 - 76kcal

Skyr mango yoghurt- 102 kcal

Pom bears - 68kcal

strawberries - 15kcal

white grape - 11 kcal

blueberry -8 kcal

Bad food: 42 jalapeño Cheetos - 320kcal

100ml semi skimmed milk w/ calorie free syrup flavour - 50kcal

Total kcal - 1134

Burnt off - 230

Total for day : 904

Didn’t do very well today, I got some new scales and weighed in at 136.6 so I lost 0.4 lbs which is still something considering I had 904kcal total. Was proud of myself for accidentally fasting for 24 hours but yeah, still sucks to only lose so little weight. Once I hit 135 I have lost a whole 10lbs.
