Well, it can be difficult for many different reasons. Sometimes it has to do with your connection with yourself, sometimes it involves your ability to communicate. Sometimes it’s because you have half a million voices in your head offering their opinions all at once.

I think the important thing is connecting with the people you love and care about, regardless of the form that takes. Friendship is very meaningful too.
