i don’t know how people interpret their dreams because last night i had one where i was pregnant and someone force fed me mushrooms and shaved off my eyebrows while i was sobbing because i was trying to make pancakes on the oven that for some reason was in our laundry room and i kept burning them like what the hell does THAT mean

it’s so embarrassing to have your drivers licenses ready and the cashier is like oh….. thanks. but it’s also terrible when you don’t and they’re like “ID?????” like you’re holding them up, it’s all too much

and then I think of my routine that was so bonkers because i would get up at 4 and eat a quarter cup of PLAIN (cold) oatmeal because i would microwave it first thing i got up so it was cold by the time i did my makeup and i could eat it as fast as possible. i would bring a gluten free fig bar to work where i did like 25,000 steps because i wore a stupid watch to track that, didn’t eat anything else until I got off at 2:00pm and struggled not to fall asleep on the 20 minute drive home, only to pass out for a couple hours once i got home. made something for dinner and started drinking around 5 or 6 and then stayed up until as late as 2 am. everyday for like 8 months. i had that amount of zero respect for myself and I’m so ashamed I can’t believe I did any of that

having a bad week in terms of body image and weight gain but I keep trying to remind myself that my ‘ideal’ body was the same body that fell asleep while driving almost every day from exhaustion and malnutrition like GIRL at least you’re not putting other people’s lives in danger get a fucking grip. who cares what you look like
