Roleplaying, gaming, limits and self awareness.

This is a lesson reportof the tutorial given by Gabrielle Morgan at Sissy School on may 13th.

Second life is a game, a Roleplay Sim is a place on the grid which specifies players to build characters and stick to them, normally, RP sims have rules on emoting, post order and interactions.

Sissy School is not an RP sim; yet since it is part of SL it involves fiction and ludic features. This, however, do not exclude the possibility of players bringing their RL selves to the grid.

At Sissy School we’re somewhere inbetween Rolpeplaying, merely gaming and socializing… it is not unusual for students and visitors to use Second Life as a means to explore their feelings and thoughts regarding specific topics… such as sissyness.

But, is a sissy?

Oxford dictionary defines it as an informal noun: “A person regarded as effeminate or cowardly. ‘he would hate the other boys to think he was a sissy’ ; it also works as an adjective: Feeble and cowardly.”

The urban dictionary, on the other hand, says: “a boy or man who enjoys little girls clothing. Especially babyish clothing. Lots of frills. Not always straight or gay. Likes to be treated like a babygirl. Likes tea partys and playing with dollys. Boys who likes to dress in babydoll clothes. Wears diapers and sucks on a pacifier. Like a baby crossdresser” Visibly there’s a difference on this definition.

 Christopher Hom wrote an essay called “The Semantics of Racial Epithets”, where he addresses the topic of words that imply a derogatory force… these are racial slurs… They work pretty much the same for any other kind of discrimination, regarding economic, social or gender status.

The difference is the derogatory force: “Sissy” is pretty much a slur, as depicted Oxford’s definition… the thing is… what exactly is shameful about being femenine?

Well, here’s where the rolplay, the gaming and the self awareness mix… Do we girls think being feminine necessarily implies being dumb, weak, or worthlesss?


We need to differentiate a kink from a condition: we might be keen on submission, but it only works as much as consent is a part of it.

At Sissy School, we are making an appropiatory use of the word “sissy”, separating the derogatory force from it and keeping only the feminine parts of it…  If you push it… there’s an even wider spectrum of sissyness… since a gender conforming male might be considered a sissy for doing certain things like… cuckolding.

Society in general might believe the use of a slur is it’s definition, this is, when someone gets called “sissy” it is not only someone femenine, it is someone worthless and to be ashamed of.

Of course there is a visible contiguity between feminity the way it’s been understood by western culture and submission… but, whether it goes for chromosomic females, crossdressers, transgenders, cuckolds or whatever form of sissyness, everyone has the right put limits and demand consent on the course of RP, gaming, or whatever interactions.

Bottomline: One thing is having a kink for submission, and an entirely different is having no rights as an ethical agent. Consent is always mandatory, and everyone must respect each other’s limits. On Sissy School's re-launch (Approved version)

Objectives of the School: The School's aim is to provide sissies tools to compete against real women in the Alpha men market. This project is launched under the belief that a well trained sissy is the best thing an Alpha man can ask for in bed and otherwise too.

In order to fulfill it's goal's the school launches the following work strategies:

1) Academic structure:

There are three instructors available to teach so far: Master RonnyTosh333 , Master Black Lion (Lionheartsm) and Master MEEKAAL (Meekaal) ; if no one disagrees Gabs Morgan (Gabethirteen) would be willing to do some tutorials too.

Tutorials will work teaching freedom based (i.e.  it is not mandatory for teachers to share the same beliefs on every subject)

1.1) Possibility of a register of activities:

SL does not provide a stable log to keep register of things, if it were of our common interest, a Tumblr blog has been created https://www.tumblr.com/blog/slsissyschool and can have multiple contributors

Important: right now it'd be important to avoid uploading explicit pictures).

The idea is being able to keep track of the School activities, post pictures and mostly summaries of lessons.

Everyone can be a contributor, it is only needed an e-mail address.

2) Class Protocol:

There are no scheduled tutorials, but it'll be appreciated that teachers announce the class with as much anticipation as possible, the means are group notifications and chat.

Group notifications allow to attach LM, which is handy.

Teachers decide when to begin the class and if they require a minimum quorum; in my experience it is best not to make people wait, RL time runs for everyone; it's each teacher's call to decide on that.

Teachers might themselves put a record on School's log or ask a secretary or other sissy to do it (if we agree on 1.1)

3) Sissy Secretaries tasks:

Secretaries duties divide in two groups:

3.1) Academic:

Aid teachers with group notification and promoting their classes on the chat.

Attend and aid teachers at the classes themselves

Make a brief summary of the taught lesson and publish it on the groups log. (If we agree on 1.1)

3.2) Community:

Host the sim: Aid newcomers and explain the purpose of the school and our community, help them joining the group and try to answer their questions.

Assess questions in the chat, it is very important to avoid sissies to feel they belong to an abandoned group. If secretaries can't help themselves, refer sissies to a dom-teacher.

4) About times and duties:

Teachers nor secretaries are meant to spend a specific amount of their time at the sim or in certain tasks, teachers on one hand have flexibility on their times and freedom to teach; secretaries might meet their desired duties at their own time.

5) Help wanted:

It'd be helpful to have a larger roster of teachers and secretaries; it'd be useful to call out on auditions once we've agreed on the School's re-launch terms. Basically we would ask doms to be experienced and secretaries to be willing to help.

6) Collaborations:

In the near future Sissy School might join efforts with the Sissy Orphanage, the aim is for sissies to visit both sims and increase both traffic and interactions. Master DiegO737, the Orphanage's principal might join our academic roster and we might decide to teach at the orphanage from time to time.

Tutorials and lessons back on the air

I'm very glad to announce our academic activities are back. Master Black Lion, Master Meekal, and Master Ronny are taking over the teaching. Notifications about the time for the tutorials will be posted in the group as well as announced through the group's chat, so don't be a silly bimbo and have those lines open.
