iasip/da:i crossover au is in full effect and ashille lavellan forms a weird yet powerful friendship bond with apostate!charlie kelly after the thing happens. they search for rings and coins in the sewer while being amazed at ghouls and goblins down there. rogue!dennis reynolds doesn't believe they exist. ashille thinks they're fade critters because her mark works on them.

meanwhile the inquisition gets worried, because they haven't seen her in at least two weeks with no word back. she's hanging out with janitor apostates and axe-wielding former businessmen and rogue psychopaths at paddy's orlesian pub.

featuring secondary apostate anders who heals the gang's numerous scrapes. especially mac and his project badass stints. he's had to do a bunch of those. mac you are a terrible warrior and charlie does not want a big flaming woman in his bar so stop telling him to use his magic to create that illusion

charlie and anders get along with the being trapped like a rat thing, anders even more so. it's charlie that makes the statement tho

ashille also likes to hang out with anders. not so much as charlie, because they have this unbreakable strange friendship bond. but... they really do get along. one of the reasons (other than charlie's friendship) she is able to somewhat move on after the thing
