My depression and anxiety skyrockets every time the government and media wrongly target and blame us.

Am I so incredibly overwhelmed or is it just me not having a cigarette in over two weeks?

I'd like just to have one day where UK politicians and the media weren't being islamophobic.

I learnt a way to make okra even more slimy. But now I have to figure out how to make it for one person because nobody else will eat it.

The lack of people who have actually read Wuthering Heights.

This is probably controversial to say, but from seeing and working with activists in the UK, when some encounter any sort of negative reaction or oppression, they see themselves as being just as oppressed as Palestinians.

There's lots of distractions and ego going on in this country taking the focus away from Palestinians when campaigning for them.

Trade Union people do this a lot too.

I think I've been interrupted and talked over too many times in meetings to think that Harriet was rude in The Traitors. I did like Roxy but she's far too defensive of her friends.

People and the news are going to give me an aneurysm at this rate. I've found some wetlands near where I live and want to go birdwatching to relax my brain.

The racism and islamophobia from the politicians and media in this country never stops.

Last night I was watching Witches of Essex and it made me realise that the people of this country have not developed since the 1500s.

Bloody politicians are treating Tommy Robinson's protest group as if they have legitimate grievances. I hate this country.

Okay I'm not taking her home. She's staying overnight.
