Welcome to the Simblr St. Patrick's Day Gift Exchange 2015!
We know Valentine’s Day is not over yet, but we wanted to get this out before someone else did.
Anyways, welcome to the St. Patrick’s Day Gift Exchange 2015! We saw this last year, and we wanted to try it this year! You can start entering now! Just refer to our rules page (it’s short we promise), and give us a message!
Riverview Collab
Alright you guys, after seeing how long it took me to do Moonlight Falls, (the rest of the makeovers are queued) let’s do an experiment. There are 27 households in Rivierview, so the first 26 simblrs that message me will be able to join. I will have my list of simblrs, and randomly assign each simblr a household. It could have one sim, it could have eight. Your job is to go into that household and give them a makeover! Get rid of that EA ugly, give them a real sense of fashion. Let’s prettify Riverview together. Just put the household up for download when you’re done by saving them each to your bin and pulling the .sim folder out of your SavedSims folder. Put all the sims in a folder named after the household and put it up for download with pictures and links to CC. (That means no .sims3packs for ease of mass downloading) Shoot me an ask if you have any questions.

How long have you been playing the sims?
I've been playing for about 9 years, starting with sims 1.
How long have you had your simblr?
I had this simblr since august.
How did you come up with/choose your blog name/url?
My old personal blog was itsalexandra-xo so I just added sims and I am really bad with names.
What's your simming style? (Legacies, berries, photography, ect.)
I play the sims to the fullest… yeah, I love gameplay the most, I like creating sims, interior decor, storytelling and taking pictures and editing them to be a masterpiece (a girl can dream, right?)
What is your favorite thing about the sims?
My favorite thing about the sims is that we can create anything our little heart desires to
Do you have a signature sim?
I don’t have a signature sim, but I will get one, one day.
What's your favorite EP/SP, and why?
What’s my favorite EP? …is that a legal question? I don’t understand this question… honestly, maybe world adventures because… I like traveling with my sims, late night because bars and generations for the new interactions with sims of different ages.

How long have you been playing the sims?
Only about three years. Since January 2012.
How long have you had your simblr?
I think I started it in May 2012? Sometime before June 2012 because I had my simblr before I started my very first legacy.
How did you come up with/choose your blog name/url?
‘invadersim’ is a play off of Invader Zim which is one of my favorite cartoons.
What’s your simming style? (Legacies, berries, photography, ect.)
Legacies and challenges, definitely. I attempted a posed-sims story once upon a time but it failed horribly because I got super bored trying to do it. I love playing the game, first and foremost. The story is just sort of cobbled together alongside my gameplay. ;)
What is your favorite thing about the sims?
Watching the kids grow up. Discovering things I didn’t know about in-game, even after all this time.
Do you have a signature sim?
Probably Finn Ashleigh and/or Dylan Ashleigh (and with him, as always, his husband Bishop, who isn’t my sim but whom I adore so much). They’re the two I can’t seem to let go of lol. They always worm their ways back into my games.
What’s your favorite EP/SP and why?
I actually find it very difficult choosing between Generations, Supernatural, and Seasons, but if I had to choose one it would probably be Seasons. I got vampires in Late Night so I could live without Supernatural. ;) Favorite SP is Town Life because I abuse of the children’s playground stuff all the time

How long have you been playing the sims?
I have been playing sims for almost 2 years now on pc. on console since I was 7/8. I was at a friends house and she had the sims 2 on her Nintendo DS. I started playing it with her and have been hooked on sims ever since!
How long have you had your simblr?
I only got my simblr in September after having some of my favourite simblrs who posted amazing cc in my bookmarks. I thought it would be good to make my own and since then I have learnt how to make cc myself as well!
How did you come up with/choose your blog name/url?
Well I chose simmadmeg when I first registered my game on the sims 3 forums. It just came to me randomly and then I thought it would be less complicated to just do the same name for everything sim related. :)
What's your simming style? (Legacies, berries, photography, ect.)
My simming style is definitely legacies. I absolutely adore my legacy (The Simm Legacy)and even the perfect genetics challenge I have recently started is using berry sims I still just get bored if I am not playing some sort of legacy style game :)
What is your favorite thing about the sims?
My favourite think about the sims is probably toddlers. I love the cc you can get for them but even without cc they are just adorable!
What's your favorite EP/SP, and why?
My favourite EP is by far generations. I love the sim childhood anyway and I adore all the new features that generations brought into the game :)

How long have you been playing the sims?
I’m not entirely sure. I have some vague memories of playing Sims 1 with my brother when we were little although I don’t remember how long ago that was. Easily over a decade though.
How long have you had your simblr?
About a year and half I think. I started it for my Sims 2 game but ended up not having the time to keep it active. Eventually I got really into Sims 3 and decided to start it up again.
How did you come up with/choose your blog name/url?
I’m really bad with coming up with user names and such so I just lazy and used my gamer tag I use for everything.
What’s your simming style? (Legacies, berries, photography, ect.)
I like playing legacy families. I have two right now. One is a standard legacy challenge that I actually started before I decided to start using my simblr again and the other is a random legacy challenge I just started.
What is your favorite thing about the sims?
My favorite part is definitely seeing how the genetics will work out. I love it when the kids end up being great mixes of their parents.
Do you have a signature sim?
Not really. I try to give all the sims in my families as equal love as possible.
What’s you favorite EP/SP and why?
Right now I’m having a lot of fun with seasons. I’ve been making all my families participate in the festivals because they’re just a fun feature to have.

I've been playing the Sims since I was in the 5th grade.
How long have you had your simblr?
I've had my simblr for about a year now I started on January 25th, 2014
How did you come up with/choose your blog name/url?
When I was little my brother gave me the nickname of, ‘Kenda,’ so I went with that.
What’s your simming style? (Legacies, berries, photography, ect.)
Right now it is a mostly legacies I’m about ready to start Gen 3 of the Finn legacy, that is exciting! I also have a 100 baby challenge on the side I sometimes play.
What is your favorite thing about the sims?
Making sims and having kids. I really like naming baby sims, coming up with clever unique names is what keeps me going.
Do you have a signature sim?
No, I don’t think I have one.
What’s you favorite EP/SP and why?
My favorite EP for the Sims 3 would have to be hands down Generations because It gives more family interactions, and I love that!

How long have you been playing the sims?
I’ve been playing the sims for a while now. Like,wow,I feel old ok. I played it when it first came out and like you kissed 27 thousand times just to have a baby. So about a solid 10-11 years! :s
How long have you had your simblr?
I’ve had my simblr nearing on a year now! I made one before this one and like,it didn’t turn out as well as I had planned so I don’t really count that one’s time.
How did you come up with/choose your blog name/url?
.-. Don’t laugh at me,but I was eating pizza and trying to find pun worthy name and I was like “Oh! Simblroni.” I now realize how bad of a choice it was,but I mean it’s worked for me this long.
What's your simming style? (Legacies, berries, photography, ect.)
My simming style? I’ve never really thought of it to be honest. Like I’m a total legacy player I know that,but for the most part I just do pictures and stuff. But if I had to pick one,it’d be legacies for sure.
What is your favorite thing about the sims?
My favorite thing? The amount of variations between people’s games. And the way other people’s games give me initiative and the want to go and make things for them to download and use so I can see something from me in their games too. I just like to see different things and it’s always amazing to see it in this community :).
Do you have a signature sim?
Sadly,no I don’t. Like I’m working on my current legacy and who ever I like the most is usually who I post more of that day. I get bored with things too fast,but I’m hoping to prolong a sim family soon! Probably my current one.
What's you favorite EP/SP and why?
Generations. Hands down. Though I usually only take pictures of posed sims,I do actually enjoy playing my game sometimes. And the most exciting EP I have is Generations for the simple fact that I love family oriented games and Generations gave me more of the family options via the game play.

How long have you been playing the sims?
I have been playing the sims for about 3 years now. It first started with Sims 3 on console and then this year I finally got the actual game for PC.

I have had this simblr for 3 months.
How did you come up with/choose your blog name/url?
My URL just came from the word ‘spoopy’ since I thought it was a pretty cute word and it slightly relates to my style of sims ( cute yet dark appearing ).
What's your simming style? (Legacies, berries, photography, ect.)
I’m still experimenting with different kinds of styles but I mainly love to focus my games around families.
What is your favorite thing about the sims?
My favorite thing about sims is that you have the ability to tell practically any kind of story with it. I just love the creative aspect you can get with the sims.
Do you have a signature sim?
I believe I have 2 signature sims: Roselyn Levesque & Duke Mayer. They were the main focus of the first story that I had on this blog so they really mean a lot to me.
What's you favorite EP/SP and why?
My favorite EP is Showtime. I love the world that came with it and also all of the CAS and Build/Buy mode objects.
