The Apple Watch is an iOS 8-friendly watch that is iPhone reliant. This is the first wearable gadget of Apple that allows you to track messages, keep yourself notified with updates, use Siri and many other apps. This watch is a new Apple innovation that eliminates the need to take out our phones to check for updates. This will make it more convenient especially now that you can keep your iPhones and iPads in your bags.
While talking about the specs, Tim Cook did not dive into the details of the Apple Watch's battery life. Instead, he did say that it could be worn all day, so we are assuming maybe it could last approximately one day before it needs recharging.
Apple Watch was expected to be released by early 2015 along with iPhone 6 but it was not. Reports say there is no exact date of release.
Apple Watch prices were reportedly going to start at $349 given the specs involved. However, prices could skyrocket with the addition of aluminum or gold chassis. This price is more than what we pay for a Samsung and a standard Pebble smart watch.
