Fred and Spudnick come back at some point.

The succeeding arcs (Lawsuit Arc, PuzzleVision Arc) are also changed.

Arcs involving Kevin's School, Spudnick's Dummied Out brother and explanations for The God Box and whatever possessed Fred happen, among many, many others.

Wren survives the end of Western Spaghetti.

Mr Puzzles begins his redemption arc at the end of the Puzzlevision movie.

So many backstories are being expanded or just created out of whole-cloth.

SMG4: Yeah, I thought for like… 5 years that people just put it in hot water to speed up the tea-ification process. I didn't realise there was an actual reason. SMG3: You don't have the patience to microwave water for 3 minutes? Niles: Why are you… putting it in the microwave… to boil it? SMG3: Do you think I have the patience to boil water on a stove? Niles: It takes less than a minute! SMG3: Bestie is your stovetop powered by the fucking sun?? Niles: How long does it take you to boil a cup of water on the stove?? SMG3: Like seven minutes! Niles: Just stick the mug on top of the stove on medium heat, it boils in like two minutes, less than that and you use a saucepan.
