The crown S4 explores Diana’s eating disorder.

Graphic v* scenes in E3 about 25 mins after she eats in the kitchen and again about 34 mins in after she eats lunch. E6, about 3 mins in after Margaret says she’s doing things to herself. Doesn’t last long. Again, later in the episode about 45 mins in she binge eats again. Unsure if a scene follows as I skipped just in case, but it’s likely. Will update if any in future episodes!

During Thanksgiving, people across the United States get together with family and loved ones to reflect on the past year and give thanks for the bonds they share. For those in New York City—and the millions who tune into the live broadcast—Thanksgiving also means joining hundreds of thousands of other New Yorkers to witness the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade.

Today’s procession, which marks the 87th Macy’s parade, kicks off from 77th Street and Central Park West at 9am ET and makes its way south to Herald Square on 34th Street. The annual celebration is known the world over for its giant—and photogenic—balloon floats, many of which top three stories in height.

body checking refers to, and i quote “an obsessive thought and behavior about appearance. for people with eating disorders or body dysmorphia this may present as frequent weighing, looking in the mirror, and pinching or wrapping hand around stomach, waist, thighs, arms. this can be done even hundreds of times per day; the reassurance may only be momentary followed by heightened anxiety and fear.”
