Hebe (Ἡβη) was the goddess of youth and the cupbearer of the gods who served ambrosia at the heavenly feast in Greek mythology until she married Heracles. Her successor was the divine hero Ganymede earning her the title ‘Ganymeda,’ which translates to ‘Gladdening Princess.’ Hebe also had influence over eternal youth and the ability to restore youth to mortals, a power that appeared exclusively to her.
