Comission made for Mia_Kamiya-Sawyer on Wattpad asking for a roommates AU and a boss-employee romantic relationship. Last point has spoilers for Hawks at the end of the manga.

¤ Is it weird living with the boss of one of Japan's top pro-hero agencies? You'd probably say yes. Hawks, on the other hand, would vehemently deny it. Probably because he's biased...

¤ Sometimes you feel like even though you live together, it's a bit like the house is divided in half and each half lives its own rhythm. On one hand, there's Keigo, who only has the basics in his own apartment and is there so rarely that he decided to invite a roommate over so it wouldn't gather dust. On the other hand, you, who spends a lot of time there apart from work, with a million different passions that require space (painting today, sculpting tomorrow and the day after, who knows?) and a horde of cosmetics on the shelves and various utensils for cooking average quality dinners. The latter is not Hawks' opinion. He was even happy when he once came across a piece of undercooked chicken in rice because he doesn't have time to cook himself.

¤ You share Keigo's passion for Endeavor. You could say that if it weren't for him, you would never have applied for a job at Hawks' agency. You met completely by accident at one of the events he had to attend before he even made it to the top ten heroes. Todoroki was there too and you started talking about him. Then it turned out you were looking for a job, Keigo invited you for an interview and the rest was history. He let you into his apartment much, much later and mainly because of one of the villains had gotten on your bad side. You half-jokingly, half-seriously said that instead of looking for a safer apartment than yours, you should hide at his place. With a trademark smirk, he said that it wasn't such a bad idea. A lot of time had passed since then, you are paying him rent and you aren't in any hurry to leave the feathered hero's apartment (he would beg you on his knees not to but luckily he didn't have to yet...).

¤ The people at the company have gotten used to it. They've known for a long time that something was up and they've been quietly gossiping in corners, though always discreetly. Maybe it's because Hawks is a good boss and they don't care about losing their jobs in such a prestigious place. It's mostly the new heroes joining the agency who pay attention to it. So far, no one has ever said anything to your face, so you don't bring it up yourself. You've stated that as long as you do your job at work, it's none of anyone's business.

¤ Hawks is a free heater. Is the heating at the agency out? Now he walks around you joking that you should cuddle. His feathers are like the best, warmest blanket.

¤ If you and Keigo have some extra paperwork to do, you can be sure he'll want to get home as soon as possible. Free airfare over the city is guaranteed. Just wear a warm hat and scarf, he wouldn't want you to catch a cold from the rush of icy air.

¤ Hawks often catches you taking coffee or tea breaks and immediately appears next to you to accompany you in the kitchen, both at work and at home, regardless of whether he has a free moment. It's his favourite excuse to start a conversation.

¤ If you happen to find a time when he actually is free, you can be sure that he will want to hang out with you at the apartment. He once told you that since you've been there, it doesn't feel so hopelessly empty and he really wants to come back to it. He loves sitting on the couch with you after a long day at work and watching the latest series. Every once in a while, you find the stupidest reality show possible and then you comment on all the dramas and problems that appear in it. Hawks often lets you fall asleep on his shoulder. Sometimes he also takes a nap. Then in the morning he asks you if you were comfortable. More often, however, he will put you in your bedroom and cover you with a blanket.

¤ Keigo has a habit of leaving you little notes on your desk, from words of encouragement before important meetings to little jokes about projects you're working on. Sometimes he'll leave his feather instead of just signing his name. Not that it's hard to guess . You can recognize his handwriting anywhere because he has handwriting like a chicken scratch.

¤ Sometimes you wanted to refer to the looks that Hawks directed at you, at night, when it seemed to him that you weren't looking. However, you always postponed the confrontation of feelings for a better moment or Takami disappeared somewhere with another mission that he couldn't necessarily talk about. The periods when he wasn't home extended even to several months and you were busy with the agency. You didn't have time to finally discuss what stage of your relationship you were at. The solution was only brought by the final war with AFO. After losing his powers, Hawks needed to get himself together again, just like you and all the other heroes. Only then did the first shy declaration of love come.

¤ Hawks promised himself that he would never forget the moment when, after a long and exhausting fight, he finally saw you again. It was like he had met you all over again and seen you for the first time. A huge sense of relief washed over you. From those moments, you mostly remember laughter through tears and nervous kisses amidst the rubble. Right now, you both take your time, learning many things all over again but the most important thing is that you have each other.

MY DONATELLO HEADCANONS:

toe walking — Donnie's walking on the toes even as a teenager. Two reasons why: autism - bc like fandom i agree with this idea and this is one of many researchers of autistic children AND having a short Achilles tendon. I also add tactile hypersensitivity here.

💜 Potential scenarios:

1. Raph has been admonishing him for years to remember to stand on his full feet, and every time when Donnie forgets, Raphie scratches Dee's foot instep with his paw.

DONNIE: *stands on tiptoe, reaching for something from the cabinet* RAPH: *lightly scratches his foot instep with paw* DONNIE: *shudders*. DONNIE: RAPH, I beg of you, don't do this, please! RAPH: Then don't stand on your toes. DONNIE: Give me a break, I don't control that anymore!

2. When Leo and Donnie were younger, Leon angrily said "Papa, Donnie is younger and trying to be taller than I!!" bc Dee standing on tiptoe.

3. Splinter used to do stretching exercises with him on a wooden board with a half cylinder attached underneath when Donnie was little. He didn't like these exercises, so much pain. Splinter ended his training quickly and Donnie still hates this board.

4. He has tougher skin on the forefoot than on the rest of the foot. This is totally normal when someone walking like this for years.

his battle shell helps him maintain a upright posture — obviously Dee has tech neck and he does absolutely nothing about it xD And he he slouches without his shells. They straighten his back, the belt is responsible for the lumbar region. And I think those blocks on his shoulders may be designed so that he keeps them in the right position.

Sun Wukong

♡- During his courting attempts, any touches by you are welcomed. He sees it as an invitation to bring you closer and believes you understand what he’s been trying to do in the first place. Winning you over!

♡- But when you weave your fingers through his mane after a long day? It takes him a minute to recognize the all too familiar feeling.

♡- And with his golden eyes glued to yours, boy does he instantly become a mess. The simian doesn’t even care where the two of you are. Standing in the middle of your living room, sitting and watching the sunset on a cliffside— you both are down for the count within mere moments.

♡- He’s always been super comfortable with you, but you wouldn’t even consider it that. He’s really just laying on top of you as if you were a portable bed while you continue to stroke his fur.

♡- Similar to how cats view petting as your own way of grooming them, he sees it similarly. Wukong will literally tell you which spots to rub or scratch, all the meanwhile purring like a literal lawnmower. Dude is 100% shameless about it and I stand by that.

“Hey, peaches. Behind the ears please?”

“Ahh.. that’s the spot.”

♡- His tail would be comfortably swaying side by side as you take the time to grace him with your gentle touch.

♡- It isn’t until you gently glide over his tail do you feel him shudder from on top of you. You swore he sucked in a harsh breathe before he attempts to melt back into your touch.

♡- When you decide go over it a second time out of pure curiosity, he audibly let a low whine escape him before grabbing your wrist with the extra limb. As if doing so could have had you distracted from his little slip up.

♡- When he pulls away just enough for you to see his face, the expression you view speaks wonders. His gaze was not on you for the first time since you initially met up, red lightly dusting his cheeks.

“Oh? What’s up with th—“

You couldn’t finish your sentence before Wukong interrupted you, as if he rushed to prevent your potential tease.

“It’s sensitive.”

“Sensitive?”

“Yeah, sensitive.”

“Does it hurt?” You asked.

He shook his head lightly in response before finally turning to face you. The monkey king held a sheepish grin.

“No— but. Don’t you still want to wait a bit more?”

You could only give a confused look as he slowly made himself comfortable over you once again, acting as if the question hadn’t even existed.

The tail had unwrapped around your wrist after he placed it above his head. You took that as a sign to resume the petting.

You could faintly hear him mumbling something, the rumble in his chest finally resurfacing.

“Never mind.”

♡- It’s not necessarily a bad thing, not at all! Subtle overstimulation, but melts into something sweeter after a bit. It just— made him feeling a bit too pleasant with you for that moment.

♡- The two of you spent the rest of the session with small talk and light banter.

The Six-Eared Macaque

♡- Similar to Wukong, any touches by you any time are calmly welcomed with open arms during his courting attempts. He grants you and only you that special privilege, and has since the two of you became so close.

♡- That doesn’t mean touch isn’t still foreign to him. I mean, Macaque truly doesn’t remember just how long it’s been since he’s ever really warmed up to someone’s affections since— well. You know.

♡- So you stroking his mane oh so out of the blue? He flinches back a bit out of slight surprise.

♡- Although you’ve never really nagged him to explain his inner turmoil— it was rather a sense of patience. Waiting for him to tell you himself, by his own means and nothing but. He appreciated it.

♡- He stares at your hand for a minute before turning back to you. And then leans into your touch, your palm finally making contact with his cheek. Those amber eyes of his were locked onto yours.

♡- It’s a much gentler shift in positions which results in the demon now curled by your side, an arm draped over you as you begin to comb through the fur on his head.

♡- You figured out yourself the specific spots he liked through the slight contortion of his facial features. Or a trailing hum would leave him whenever you rubbed against a specific spot, nudging himself further into your touch.

You finally made your way under his chin, ever so gently scratching the edge of his jaw. All willpower left the six eared demon as a soft purr reverberated through his chest and against you.

“Mmm…I needed this.”

“I know.”

♡- Macaque’s tail would be wrapped around you the entire time, most likely on your thigh. You quickly learned a gentle squeeze meant for you to move to a different spot.

♡- When you finally decide to explore a bit and make your way to the base of his tail, you’re barely able to feel the brush of fur against your fingers before the hand which was once over you gripped your wrist in a gentle manner.

He spoke in a hushed, sultry voice.

“Nuh uh uh. I don’t think you’d wanna try that just yet, plum.”

The face which was buried in the crook of your neck refused to move, but soon after his hold on your wrist had vanished as quick as it came.

The demon would’ve pulled away to look at you, but worried that the red marking along his face wouldn’t have been enough to cover his fluster.

“What?”

“Back to business.”

A clawed finger pointed to his head.

He sighed in relief as the motions resurfaced.

♡- The two of you were stuck there for hours.

To start off, I think we would all love to say dating Macaque would be sunshine and rainbows, he would love you and treat you perfectly

But let's be real here

Macaque is an asshole lmao

Even getting him to date you is a hassle itself

But let's not get into that atm

He loves you a lot, don't get me wrong, he just has a very, very hard time showing it

Depending where in the series we’re talking about it's going to be quite different, but let’s just assume this is after LBD, ‘kay?

During this time Macaque is a lot more likely to stay in one place with you

Yes, maybe that consists of him popping into your apartment every now and then, but you slowly start seeing things around your place that aren’t yours

Piles of clothes, food, a toothbrush, his scarf at one point, all that jazz

But, this domestic scene is very… forgein to him

He’ll gladly sit down and watch your favourite stupid, predictable TV show with you for hours, but he’ll critique it the entire time

He insists that he help you cook, even though he knows even less than you and it always turns out a mess

You don’t even have to ask him to go shopping with you, he’ll use his shadows to get there quickly but will just stand beside you as you shop, not helping whatsoever

As I said in the last post, Macaque is very touch starved

But he also hates it lol

He doesnt think he deserves your touches

You’re just so perfect, how could you ever be happy settling for him?

If your dating Macaque, you’ll definitely have to make a few changes in your day to day life

Starting with the physical changes

If you want him to sleep beside you you’ll have to push your bed against a wall if it isn’t already, or else he’s sleeping on the couch, peace out

If you happen to be friends with MK and co. he’s not going to be very enthused

Macaque wants to puke when you come home smelling like peaches

If you happen to run into them while with him, or they stop by while he’s there, things are going to be kinda awkward

Half of them are trying to talk to him, some are keeping a respectful distance, and some are glaring like he held them by the throat and forced them to take on this really obscure dangerous weapon that even its creator couldn't handle and that might have killed them and the entire world or sumthin

HE’LL PUT ON SHADOW PLAYS FOR YOU!!!

He’ll teach you how to make certain shadow puppets, but like the normal way with your hands

His are always better but he has powers so it doesn't count

Before Macaque initiates any physical affection he will always ask

“Can I hug you?” while physically holding himself from reaching for you

Along with that, he always makes sure you have a way out throughout everything
